El Cazador de lima ohio 1 — Restaurant in Perry Township

EDIT: As you can see from my original review, we LOVED this place but that has now changed, based off of how we were treated the last 2 times. Last time, we were overcharged by $6, for "container fees." Yes, you read that correctly, they actually charge you for a to go container! Lol Unbelievable. We didn't say anything at first and just went about our day. Today we order, were overcharged by $9, plus the container fees, they won't accept our coupon, THEIR coupon, and refuse to fix the problem. I asked for a manager and he said he is the manager and owner and he is not refunding anything. After trying to explain it politely, of how we were double charged, then the owner eventually told me to just bring back all of our food because he doesn't want our business! We ordered here at least once a week! That will definitely not happen anymore, we will drive out of town before being treated like that and robbed of our hard earned money.. At least at the other restaurants you're treated with respect and don't get yelled at on the phone, or charged double for something..

I went to the Lima location to get takeout. I ordered a burrito and some chip and salsa the burrito was 9.99 and the chips was 1.50 when my order was totaled my bill was $15. I questioned the price and I was told that they changed the prices in the computer and not willing to inform the customer about the change in price when taking out they spent a lot of money on those menus so they are going to use them in a very unprofessional tone in her voice. Even when then menu doesn’t reflect the price change, so when I asked for a itemized bill I was charged an additional $2.50 for to-go and was told that everyone charges a to-go fee!! So at that point I asked for my money back and I would never return, asked to speak with the manager and was told she was the owner/manager. So I asked her why didn’t you tell me that when I placed my order that the prices are not the same “ she stated that I didn’t ask “ mind you she’s having trouble getting me my refund she had to FaceTime her manager to help her with the refund. So I just said give me my order too much at this point she handed me my order and I left, to say the least the food was horrible the burrito was hard and cold and was not even closed and the steak was shoe leather dry and very salty and COLD I’ll pass first impression was Enough...

My first time here. I happened by it as I went to Walmart to pick up a few things. It was dinner time and we love Mexican food. I had the steak fajitas wirh no rice or tortillas. The wife had a single chimichunga dinner. Having eaten a lot of Mexican food, and often, Ican say this is one of the greats for us. The salsa was excellent, not spicy but very flavorful. The service was exceptional and the prices were competitive. These two dinners and two sodas were just $29. The steak was very tender and grilled to almost perfection. I don't think it was marinaded but it did have a hint of some flavor I can't make out but made it delicious! My wife said her meal was very good as well. The restaurant and restroom were very clean. Cleaner than most of the ones I frequent. When we get to Lima again I will give it another try to make sure it wasn't just a fluke. I'm pretty sure that the competition, called La Charreada, has a true rival in my opinion. If you get to Lima or ever just wondered and living in Lima give them a shot! In my opinion you...
