Well, I am very disappointed and I will be contacting corporate Monday. I’m gonna try to contact the owner on Monday and see if she will talk with me. I was overcharged for my meal because the manager got mad at me then when I told him that I needed a large five way I made my order at the drive-through very clearly and he just messed up my whole entire dinner. Almost $19 in food in the Trash the spaghetti was cold. Some of it was hard. It must’ve been sitting in the bottom of their pan. The cheese colonies had over bearing about amount of mustard. when I said no mustard, onions are OK then the thing that skyline should never do and I was told this by another manager if you substitute cheese so I always get my meal with two cheeses and four onions. If you take away an item you can get another item at no cost. Well he got mad at me and he charged me for the other item Then he got all pissed off because I asked for a manager. He said I am the manager 20-year-old kid maybe I was strongly advise to stay away. The only picture I have is posted with mustard all over my food. I can’t really get a picture of cold spaghetti, but I came straight from the restaurant to my house put it in a bowl and my first bite cold I was not gonna leave a Google review but too much stuff happen and it needs to be known so it can be fixed and I’m also making other people know that if this is the guy that’s gonna be the manager then I’m not gonna eat...
Read moreI've been seeing the billboard since before Christmas, so I had to try the s'getti... first, the waitress was great! She gets 5☆.
Now, if anyone knows me, they know that s'getti is my favorite of favorites for food. Now, as a professional driver, I have had many a plate of spaghetti from coast to coast. It's hard to impress me, easy to depress me.
In my honest opinion,
I had the small 3 way s'getti- it was, in my opinion, only okay. Personally, I don't like their choice of noodles, the thin spaghettini noodles. I like the thicker spaghetti noodles.
The sauce, I expect it to be more. I make a hardy sauce when I cook my own. Lots of meat and vegetables- their 3-way sauce, I think the beef ran through it if at all. Their chili is not a typical Americanize chili. It had more of a Mediterranean taste, heavy on the cumin, and I know I tasted cinnamon and cloves! So it really wasn't what I expected. I cook a lot, I know my spices... it would be a great sauce over potatoes, very savory.
The cheese was impressive. That was on the billboard!
The price was good for the portion size.
Anywho, overall, I did not like it for my own personal taste. I'm sure others will love it, but...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. Being the vegan that I am I ordered the Vegatarian 3-Way without black beans. I admit, I didn’t know it also came with their sauce, and refined beans (which I also don’t like). When she brought it out and I seen brown sauce with beans in it I thought it was black beans. The waitress rudely told me there isn’t black means in there. Confused as hell I asked what the beans were. With her awful attitude not answering any of my questions she rolled her eyes and walked away. As I pulled up the menu on my phone and handed it to my mother in confusing she came and asked how everything was. As my mom turned the phone to her to ask questions she once again walked away and ignored us.
This is the last time I’ll EVER be eating here and I’ll never be recommending this place to anyone....
