Perhaps the worst customer service in Perry, which means management is not far behind. Ordered online for take out on 4/13 at about 7:45 pm. Something in their online ordering was not working correctly so tracked online but got no updates. Headed over about 10 minutes after it went in the oven at 8:02 pm. Arrived and realized I must have become invisible in those 10 minutes. The person behind the counter could not seem to see me. She never looked up, dealt with a drive through order, did a cash drop and never said one single word as I stood in front of the register. Then took three pizzas that had been placed on the counter by the kitchen and distributed them to people in the lobby. Still did not say a word. Finally turned to me and asked if she could help me. A full FIVE minutes of not even "hello I will be with you in a minute." I told her my name and she asked for my code. Told her I had had no communications since tracking online. Heavy sigh. She pulled my pizza out of the case, handed it to me and turned away. I told her she had "great customer service skills to which she replied thank you - seriously??? Just FIRE HER! I know the labor market sucks, I own a small business. We have to deal with the most marginal people. But do not put them on your front line. We were told to pull around in front and our food (cheese pizza, crazy bread, buffalo wings) would be brought out. We do andthe wait begins... at 3:11, still no food, my daughter went in to inquire... still waiting on chicken... 10 minutes later still nothing. Of course now i hv to go in and check. There was a significant delay, and I finally reached the window at 10pm with 1 car ahead being served. The window employee served the car, intentionally did not look back or make eye contact with me then Closed the window and walked away. I sat at the window for 5 minutes realizing she was gone. Another vehicle then drove up behind me and i sat a few more minutes. As I finally pulled off realizing she was not coming to back, I see her open the window and apparently tell the man they were closed, because I braked when I saw here, but then noticed he was waiting for me to pull off. I understand employees want to go home when their shift is done, but this was a display of a total lack of customer service.
