Krystal — Restaurant in Perry

I visited this Krystal's this morning 11/2/2014 8:55 am. The lady which I didnt get her name cause she didnt give a name was very very rude to me. I called up there immediatly to get her name, and instead of the person who answered the phone giving me her name, I was put on hold till finally I hung up, I go here alot in the mornings, and never had service like this. I was going through the drive through and was going to order the custom plate breakfast. I have a coupon that Krystal's sends out to our homes. Ive used these coupons before, I had just used one yesterday coming through for another item. She said I couldnt use my coupon in the drive through. It states NOWHERE on this coupon you have to come inside to order with a coupon. She also stated that I could only order this breakfast with scrambled eggs through the drive through, So now your telling me I cant use a coupon in the drive through, or order my eggs the way I want them unless I come inside? Well I beleive this should be on your coupons if that is the case. I was traveling solo from Florida to Tennessee. I am a huge fan of Krystal and decided to stop and have lunch at this Perry location. As far as the facilities, it appears the Krystal now occupies a former Burger King. When I arrived, I noticed the building didn't look like the"standard" Krystal facility. Once inside I found a very clean dining room and was greeted politely. My order was taken efficiently and correctly! My food was prepared and served quickly. I ordered my favorite combo/meal; #1 with cheese, fries and large lemonade. I enjoyed my meal and the break from a long, long drive. Although I enjoyed my lunch, honestly I've had a little better burgers at other Krystal locations. The fries were hot, the burgers could've been a little warmer. Of course, it could've been my taste was off after the stress of driving nearly 7 hours. Regardless, I would certainly return to this Krystal location. The staff was very friendly and it looked like they know most of their regular customers pretty well. However they were pretty slow for some reason. It really wasn't that busy. For 10:30am. There was a high top table and stools laying in the floor acting as a barricade around one corner of the dining area so no-one sat there. It looks like the reason was maybe the A/C drain might've been leaking above the ceiling tiles. It looks like there's allot of work that needs to be done above the ceiling tiles. Many had bad water spots in them. That's the reason for the 3 stars. If I were to judge only on the staff's hospitality and attitude it would be 5 stars. The front line appear to enjoy their job. It's not like allot of places you go and see people just there for the money but hate the job. It would make a huge difference If the franchisee/owner would fix the inside...
