On November 2 ,2016 I visited the drive thru at this location. It was dark outside and an employee was visible cleaning the dining room. She saw me and her body language clearly demonstrated her frustration at yet another customer. I drove around to the drive thru and placed my order for a 12 piece chicken only with half original and half extra crispy. That includes 3 of each piece. A female night manager asked if she could replace wings for my legs . I said thighs would be okay. She was very nice but from what I received, I am positive that she thought I got an all dark. The drive thru cashier even told a customer behind me that they had just sold out of breasts because of my order. I get home and to my horror and disgust the chicken was all dark and way past the correct time because of obvious discoloration and and temperature very tepid. I immediately called the restaurant and Derrick identified himself as a manager and apologized and promised to replace my chicken . I said that would be fine. He also offered a note to the General Manager so I would have the option of getting it on day shift. I told him we tried to eat it because we were hungry. My lady threw up her chicken and I got very bad indigestion. So I called today and offered to just do 2 buffets instead of the chicken. She demands that I bring this chicken back and she would only replace the uneaten chicken. No apology whatsoever!!!! Even her subordinate manager had the professionalism to do that! She raised her voice to me and I raised mine some and she said don't raise your voice at me! I said you are raising yours. Then she toned down and said let me make a phone call and she calls me back and smugly says that she will not refund me but will only replace the uneaten pieces. I am appalled by this lapse of judgment. I have serviced the public for over 35 years in management and operations . This is not a place I can possibly recommend to anyone. Cleanliness issues were the reason that I go drive thru . Now even the drive thru is off limits. I am giving them their precious nasty chicken and I will never darken their doors again. A...

*Waited in the drive thru 30 mins for food after driving 25 minutes, and was told it would take 22 minutes to cook. Discovered the order was wrong when I arrived home. 5 piece instead of 7. *Called the store, was put on hold approx 15 minutes, on call supervisor hung up, lied saying I'd hung up. *Called back, manager stated the GM gave her permission to have me drive 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken that was missing or bring the chicken back (drive 20 minutes) for a full refund, after I'd explained that was part of my grandkids dinner. *Went back on Aug 1st for the promised 2 piece meal Shiela said she'd give me for the hassle, the on duty GM was very nasty. Sheila stated I'd get a two piece dinner with two sides and a drink. The GM argued about that. Never asked what sides I wanted, just put an order of mashed potatos in the box. I asked did I have SIDES, she said yes you have A side. She only asked what drink I wanted.
I did not get unprofessional because I represent my company. She need to be taught this as well. *Unprofessional mannerisms. *Need work ethics training. *Poor management. *Sheila is the best manager I've dealt with; she's better than the lady GM that was on duty Aug 1, 2024. Finally get to the window (they pulled both vehicles in front of us up) and she said um you gots 2 sweet teas and a unsweet? No, we didn't order unsweet we ordered a mountain dew. Different girl comes to the window "here go yo food have a good day". At this point I have no drinks and they still have my card. Girl who gave us the food comes back "what yall need", well my card, the drinks and we are missing food. No yall ain't it's all in there. We proceed to tell her what we are missing. She gets loud with us and walks away with a "I know it's in there". Original girl comes back gives our card and drinks and says have a good day and walks away. I proceed to ma'am ma'am we are messing food to which she replies "no you got your food"! Receipt in hand I show her they are wrong, second girl proceeds to yell "damn I got it! Gives it to original girl slams it down in my hand and walks away.
On to the food. My Famous bowl was not made correctly, ordered extra cheese and gravy there was barely any of either. The bowl tastes old. The mashed potatoes where stiff and the corn tasted and looked burnt. My little chicken sandwich no mayo was plan! No pickles. The bbq strips had more sauce in the container and biscuit than the strips had on them and there was barely any gravy on those potatoes either.
