After several visits to this Dunkin I can see why their rating score is already so low after just having their grand opening. The employee Patience is not so patient. She left me in the middle of placing my order because someone told her her mom was at the drive through. Mind you I remained pleasant Patient and understanding! Only for her to get back and not know how to ring my order up and have the nerve to have an attitude. Everytime I visit they are out of an item that I happen to order in which I understand and take the replacement. But then they have the audacity to throw me out the window a bag with a broken up muffin in which I politely asked for a replacement and they then gave me a burnt up muffin. At this point they have proven to be the most unprofessional, unpleasant place of business that I will no longer give my business to. The employees were not friendly not attentive and act acted as if they did not want to be there when I asked how their day was they said OK they didn’t even ask if I was doing OK not that I care butjust making small talk. They are super rude and. there was nobody there. It was just me so there was no reason for them to just brush me off. They didn’t give me napkins so I sat there and had to honk my horn a couple of times to get their attention and when I say,they I mean, both young ladies they smoked their vape while standing there I would roll the cameras back and finally they brought me the napkins. The person in charge is so rude. I have dealt with her plenty of times in the past but today it was different. Every time I interact with her it’s always rude and miserable interaction. There is nothing difficult or in depth about my order and it’s always to the point. She got it wrong today and I was met with major attitude and no apology. Argued with me and told me she made it right and it wasn’t (the label said exactly what was in it). Literally made it wrong and your acting mad at the customer makes no sense.
