We were so excited when they first opened. First of all, there’s no question that the food is pretty good. That’s the only good thing I can say about them.
Every order we’ve placed was for takeout and EVERY single one was wrong. The first time or two I thought it was just because they were getting used to working together and they had just opened so I continued to give them other chances but we are so done with this place. Every single order has been wrong. They sent the wrong item, they left out part of the order. The list is endless.. Yesterday it happened again, and I called to talk to a manager. She acted like I inconvenienced her by calling. I got a half assed I’m sorry and as far as she was concerned, phone call was over. I asked what she planned to do about my refund. She reluctantly put it in the computer to get a refund on the missing items and acted like I was just gonna let it go.
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER! HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO DOUBLE CHECK AN ORDER. I would be embarrassed to make so many mistakes. The worst part is nobody even seems to care. I plan on contacting corporate. I don’t know that will make a difference. my husband wanted a wrap yesterday and decided to go to Chick-fil-A. We had no issues at all, and in fact their wrap was better than Huey Magoos and so was their service.
The regional manager or someone from corporate needs to spend some time at this location because they need serious training if this place is going to continue to operate. We’re not the only one to have issues and they can only get away with that for a small amount of time. People talk and they are not saying good things about Huey Magoos. How sad and what a shame.
To the employees if you value your job, you might wanna pay more attention and act like you care. From what I’ve seen, you’re just there for a paycheck and with that kind of attitude, you won’t be there...

Got here tonight, and the young man who brought our order to the window did not give any kind of greeting or thank you at all. We went thru the drive-thru, so we were not eating inside. No napkins or fork for the slaw were in the bag. My husband went in to get those things, and the same young man was playing games on his phone. The tea was not good- which is always bad news in the south! And the young lady at the window kept saying "Welcome to Homegoods"... lol! Come on management! Get it together! We need you! Check out the customer service at the new Culver's in Warner Robins. They are proving that even fast food can have outstanding...

I have even called a manager that told me it was unacceptable and would be corrected. She offered to give us a free replacement but I declined . I just explained that it was like going to Zaxbys. The chicken tenders are half the size of a month ago and fried hard and crispy not tender and juicy like it was before. We always get double fries that always filled the containers now you can fill one with what you get. As much as things cost anymore you expect to get a portion and quality for the amount you pay.
