Came on Sunday, June 6, 2021 around 10:45 a.m. and writing this review due to the poor management displayed. Nobody was waiting to be seated when we arrived and the hostess told us it would be a 10 minute wait for our party of 3. 45 minutes later we had not been seated and a line had formed. Tables were open but they were giving the kitchen the opportunity to catch-up they said (but they were still taking mobile and to-go orders).
A 45 minute wait for IHOP on Sunday morning is not outrageous and had we been told that in advance would not have been noteworthy. However, while we and many other parties were waiting an older white couple arrived, asked about the wait (so no reservations or anything like that), and were immediately taken to a table and had their order taken. As we were seated next to the hostess, I could see that this couple was listed about 6th or 7th in line (had they been asked to wait like everyone else). I personally complained on behalf of everyone patiently waiting and was shrugged off. I hope that this was just incompetence on the part of the management and not favoritism at work.
While we waited, I observed complaints about the food arriving cold, wildly inaccurate estimates on the wait times, in-fighting amongst the staff, and mobile order issues. Very chaotic environment and nobody seemed to have any idea what was going on in the restaurant. Definite issue with management. Food quality was below average that day (pancakes under-cooked, meat over-cooked) but at that point we were just happy to have something. Around 5 or 6 parties walked off prior to being seated.
A definite one-star experience but two-stars because this was hopefully a one-time issue and my other experiences at the location would...

I have been a waitress for years so I am always very kind to my servers, I understand humans make mistakes, I understand people are new employees or have bad days. But this was beyond that. We had to ask for our entre’s a dozen times. The server had a crap attitude and literally NEVER BROUGHT MY HUSBANDS FOOD because she was mad that he noticed she forgot it?? She brought out all our food (incorrectly) and not his. After several minutes of waiting he asked for it.. she said she would bring it and never did. THEN I realized she never brought our pancakes. Which arrived smothered in strawberries, which is not what we ordered so we returned them. THENNN she tried to charge us for all the items we didn’t receive or the items we returned to the kitchen because they were sent incorrectly. THEN the worst part happened. When we brought it to her attention she charged us for food she never gave us, she said “I don’t even care what these people think” to her manager right next to us and he AGREED. Only two people were working the seating area and there was a significant wait with only two groups seated in the dinning area. Other people walked out because of the wait. The manager was running around trying to do everyone's job. The waitress was obviously not wanting to work. She moaned and groned while shuffling between her seat and being told to deliver drinks or food. She and the manager were arguing about her performance and her lack of attention to the customers in front of all the customers. The manger did the best she could and our food was prepared and delivered timely. The manager also had to comp the food of a larger group because the waitress would not deliver drinks or food to the table. As a result of the constant fighting about the waitresses lack of performance I will not be back. I also recommend someone step in and help this store if they want it to remain open. It is sad that the manager will be held responsible for bad performance of the staff and it was obvious they are struggling to...
