First I'd like to preface that I'm usually not the kind of person to leave bad reviews. I usually take my L and move on, but this time I really can't let it go. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Firehouse to order from, and I don't know why the doordash in my area uses them. They literally invent new ways to mess up my food! And that's if the food even makes it to me since I've had the most cancelled orders from this place, but only AFTER my food has been picked up?? The only thing I order is the Spicy Cajun Chicken Sandwich (which is a MENU item, nothing fancy) and I'd run out of fingers if I tried to list every time it didn't come right. Apparently the similarities it shares with another menu item, the Grilled Chicken Sandwich are simply TOO much to bear for the poor employees at this location. And forget trying to order different sandwiches in the same order, you'd have an easier time trying to thread an eyelash through the world's smallest needle. The final straw was today, when they once again, sent me the grilled chicken sandwich, which by the way, what freak is eating hot grilled chicken with mayo and onions??? And LEFT my brother's sandwich off the order.... I literally ordered 2 of the SAME item to make it as easy as possible for you guys. And for those of you thinking, maybe stop getting your food ordered - just pick it up, or go in- to that I say "If it was really that simple, would I even be leaving this review??" I went to this location after my order was cancelled one day, and not only did they give me the wrong food again, I went BACK to get it fixed......AND THEY MADE IT WRONG A SECOND TIME!! Read moreFood was delicious but the service leaves something to be desired . Ordered online the other night(Fri) . When I got there and pulled up to the window , I told the girl (Chyna?) my name and that I was there for an online pickup . She hands me a bag , says have a good night and proceeds to close the window . I said , I'm missing the drink . She says " what kind of drink ? "Seriously ? IT'S ON THE RECEIPT !! I tell her and she goes to get it . Look in the bag and there's no chips or brownie I ordered . I tell her when she gets back with the drink and she says " what kind of chips ? " ......Seriously ?? IT'S ON THE FREAKING RECEIPT !!! LOOK AT THE ORDER!!..... Point is , it is the employees job to make sure that what the customer orders actually makes it to the customer . They weren't busy by any means , just lazy and nonchalant in their duties . If she(they)(whoever's job it is) would have read the receipt or the order , she/they would have known I had a drink and what kind . She( they)(whoever's job it is) would have known I had a brownie and chips and what kind . If you're gonna come to work , don't be lazy . Come to work to do your job or go the hell home . Don't know the owner but he is an Army Vet and I have much respect for him because of that . I know for a fact( because I'm a vet too) that laziness would not fly in the military . Firehouse is nowhere near military standards obviously but sounds like he needs to tighten up his squadron before it loses him business . Read moreTodays visit was the third time that the SAME exact thing happened; The previous two times it was only my daughter and her grandmother, so they just left, but today I experienced the horrible treatment of customers. All three times when pulled up to speaker , NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGES THERE IS A CUSTOMER . Each and every time we have pulled up to the window and done more than “knocked” and still was ignored. So today after this happened , I went inside and my first question was..” Is your drive thru broken?” And the girl “acted like she asked to person with headset on if it was up, and working, but only after she asked me IF I PULLED UP TO THE SPEAKER. Like how are you going to treat me like I am the dumb one? So I ordered 3 sandwiches, then we ran to McDonald’s, and when we got back for me to get our subs, I had to stand there and wait for about 5 -6 minutes more. I’m not sure why I had to wait after we got back… I don’t know what their problem is, but this kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD! And I’ve worked in food industry/ restaurants for quiet sometime, and this all comes from more than just employees.
