Arby's — Restaurant in Perrysburg

Food is as good as an Arby's can be. I think the staff does an amazing job, but the Manager seems to be the one to get it together. They are short staffed like everywhere else in this world, and on a number of occasions I have watched the employees bust their butts to do the jobs of 2 or 3 people. While this is happening, I also usually watch the manager yell at them to move faster or do their jobs. Today, she was so busy yelling at the poor drive-thru worker who was doing his best to juggle multiple jobs to even make sure she was handing me the right food. She ripped my bag out of his hands and basically threw it out the window at me. She didn't even stop yelling at him while she was handing me my food. Very unprofessional. I get back to my office, and see she handed me the complete wrong bag of food. Now my lunch break is over and I am stuck with food I won't even eat, all because she needed to yell at someone and couldn't even be bothered to check the bag of food she was handing me. This is probably the last time I go there unless the manager decides to change...

One star because negative five stars is not an option. There was one car ahead of me at the drive thru. I waited five minutes at the box just to order. I ordered two sliders and a small curly. I paid and was asked to pull into a parking spot. Ten minutes go by… the car ahead of me is still waiting. At the eleven minute mark, I go into the building. The one girl was texting. I ask where my food is, and they say only the one employee can make sandwiches. As I stood there waiting, the one girl was texting on her phone, and even when my sliders were sent down the chute. She kept on scrolling. I finally snapped and asked that she give me my food. I’d rather see a closed sign on the door or have your employees give a disclaimer through the speaker that you’re looking at almost a 20 minute wait for “fast” food. I apologize for being so negative; my grandfather passed away that morning, and I just needed to grab...

The cheesesteak sucked but that's not their fault. There are better flavored cheesesteak sandwiches out there. Wasn't really expecting much from a roast beef fast food restaurant. But, they ARE known for their fries which made going this establishment a complete and utter waste of time. They were cold and hard. I tried to revive them in the air fryer and that didn't even help. Listen I've been in the industry. But for me to pull right up before dinner rush and get this level of quality is absurd. I frequently eat fast food out here in Perrysburg and this by far was the worst experience in a long time. Consider McDonald's next door or drive a little further for a better location.
