Exceptional customer service. Shout out to Savanah, because she was exceptional in her customer service to make right of a wrong. She really displayed exemplary customer service in her whole demeanor to remediate and seized the opportunity to gain the business back. In a nut shell, had 2 recent mishaps of orders made wrong or subpar quality of order, and unknown to her - I was in fact done with this location because of it. However, she followed up from a review and while I was like a month later to take her up on her offer, I'm now weeks later and still impressed at her service. Had a fine experience here the other day! I ordered an iced matcha latte and a Boston Creme Donut. Both adequately yummy! 😋 The staff over the intercom when I ordered were friendly and did not make me feel dumb when I was confused about what donut flavors they had (donut flavors are posted above the intercom rather than on the menu itself.) just kindly redirected my attention to the list! It's all about perspective! I am originally from Toledo. However, my wife was transferred to Florida 6 years ago. We came back home to visit and I have to tell you, You have no idea how good you have it up there when it comes to; Food, Service, and Atmosphere. We were absolutely stunned at the friendliness, cleanliness, and the overall taste of everything. It is incredibly different in Toledo Northwest Ohio versus Florida!
