Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I placed a takeout order at 9:11 PM for pickup at 9:30 PM. My pregnant fiancée was specifically craving a bowl with no sauce. When I arrived, I immediately noticed the bowl had sauce on it.
I politely asked if it could be remade. Bryson, the manager on duty, had AirPods in and was clearly rushing to close upâwell before the 10 PM posted closing time. He slapped together a new bowl sloppily, using noticeably reduced portions, and tried to mask it with an overload of sour cream. I asked if everything was includedâhe confidently said yes. It wasn't. The bowl was ice cold and missing major ingredients.
When I got home and opened it, my fiancĂ©eâpregnant and emotionalâbroke down in tears. The bowl was practically empty: no veggies, 1/4 portions of everything else, and freezing cold. There is no excuse for this. If your store is open, the quality should remain consistent from open to close.
I called back to request a refund. Bryson answered and stood by his work, saying it was done âby the book.â When I pointed out missing ingredients like the pan-seared veggies, his story started to change. Though initially respectful, his tone quickly shifted when I asked how he planned to resolve the situation. He refused to take accountability, insisted the food met standards, and claimed they were busyâeven though I was the only customer there.
The worst part? He laughed when I mentioned filing a complaint and sarcastically wished me luck speaking to the GMâimplying nothing would come of it. No apology, no compensation, just disrespect.
Itâs now 10 PM on a Monday night and weâre scrambling to find another dinner. This experience was beyond disappointingâit was outright disrespectful.
Avoid this location at all costs. If negative stars were possible, theyâd earn it. This store does not value its customers, quality, or basic decency. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously, and if not, I hope a better-run business...
Read moreThe food was really good, the service was bare minimum. Getting the server to communicate back with us was like pulling teeth. We kept asking questions because we'd never been there, and after about the 3rd time of my husband asking "so how does this work?" Finally, a manager came out and said," It's just like Subway...." đł Thank God it was nothing like subway... and why would you compare this great tasting food to subway??? đ weird. Anyway, I felt like we couldn't ask anymore questions without getting an attitude at 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I guess I'd expect to be rushed through at closing, not In the afternoon. It was actually expensive for taco food. Maybe if the service was better, I wouldn't have been so disappointed with spending 45$ on 2 meals....this could be a great place if people would hire people that actually want to work and help the customers when they have questions about the place. If people don't want to work, then don't make them work. I'm so tired of seeing unhappy employees serving over priced food with little to no enthusiasm for someone elses business and running off customers on their first visit. We were the only customers there ordering... trying to enjoy an otherwise awkward date now because of the weirdness behind their counter....and wouldn't you know that when we got our food, this empty restaurant didn't even have a clean place to sit??? Who owns these types of restaurants and just allows their employees to ruin their business because they don't wanna be...
Read moreI love the food but I was very put off tonight with the lack of service and exchange between employees. When I went in there were 4 individuals standing and talking. All of them looked at me but didn't say one word and continued to talk amongst each other. A new employee took care of me but I felt so bad for her. She was kind and asked another girl to help her wrap the burrito. The other girl told her no because she has to learn how to do it. So the new girl started to and I could tell she got frustrated because it wasn't working with her and falling apart. The other girl she asked to help came over and said " why are you doing it like that" The new girl looked so defeated and I felt so bad for her. Then the burrito was falling apart so I mentioned something about it and the other girl completely ignored me and walked away. He burrito was a complete mess when I came home. It's frustrating to new workers I am sure to be spoken to like that and it is frustrating for customers to have the...
