New China King — Restaurant in Perth Amboy

I give this place 1 star for the price and the woman behind the counter was friendly . However, I unfortunately would not recommend this place to anyone who likes Singapore Mae fun. I can’t comment on anything else because I only tried this one dish but it was terrible :( .

I ordered the Singapore noodle dish. Barely any veggies, very little amount of thin pieces of chicken which had a weird texture to it , and was lacking in the flavor that the dish is known for.

When I dug around ,in the middles, in the center I found a chunk of seasonings . It was as if a half cube of powdered chicken broth cube was just thrown into the wok with the noodles but wasn’t mixed together thorough to distribute the flavor to the rest. Like the cook was cooking with his eyes closed . I don’t know .

The food is overpowered with broccoli and grease.. They only give a spoonful of rice and 5 shrimps. The food lacks taste and flavor. You can literally squeeze oil from the shrimp rolls, no napkins provided either. The delivery drivers are so hungry for tips, you have to be stretching your hands out for your change. Will definitely not recommend because the food is not...

I had order a lots of food for my coworkers and myself and they tried to charge me $0.10 for each packet of ketchup and hot sauce . Horrible service and they trying to make money of you as it is by charging for the packages of hot sauce and ketchup when it should already come...
