Well what to say about this place. I keep getting told of how great it is. Well...the server up front was polite and let me know that they had clean menus at the bar. And the stack of menus sitting there were dirty. The lady at the bar was not as polite. I asked if she could make me a drink. I knew how to make it, but didn't know what its called. She then looked at me and said we don't normally do this, because we aren't a dive bar. Then, when she handed me the drink she said it probably won't taste the same because we aren't a dive bar. Now at this point i was irritated and let her know that the drink i ordered came from a resort in the virgin Islands. On the island of St Thomas, not from a dive bar. Maybe it was the $80 shirt the $112 pair of khakis, or the $400 leather bomber jacker i had on that suggested i only go to "dive bars" but it rubbed me the wrong way....anyway she was very rude. Now the food i ordered to go cost me $27 plus tax. I ordered street tacos and brisket tacos. The bulk of the food wasn't even tacos. It was a large handful of tortilla chips. There were 3 very small tacos per order. And with not much of anything in them. They were the saddest looking tacos I've ever ordered. If that wasn't bad enough i had a coupon for $10 off an order of $20 or more. I showed it to the server and told her i wanted to use it for the tacos. She told me ok good. I ended up paying full price for the tacos because my coupon was never added. The drink i ordered was the best part of my whole experience. So i gave a $10.59 tip because the drink was amazing and they made it even though it wasn't a menu item. The tip was actually more than what they charged me for the drink. As far as the atmosphere goes. The other customers were content, but nobody looked as though they were having an amazing night. Other than my drink...this was a pretty lousy experience, and didnt live up to the hype surrounding this place. Next if there is a next time i will only get the wings if i get food. I should also mention i got the drink on a separate check from the tacos. The...

This was our place to go when we wanted wings. Well after last night it has changed drastically. They were somewhat busy as usual. Well from the start of after we were seated things felt different. We ordered our drinks and made our meal choices to save some time. While we waited we noticed another table saying something to the waitress. So I asked how long have you been waiting on your food. They said over a hour and other tables were getting there food before them. So I was like great let's hope our meal isn't a nightmare like yours. So the food arrived and only half our wings were there. So I said something and the waitress just laughed and said oh yea. I told her to tell the cooks to pay attention to the tickets and stop messing orders up. Well she replied we had a manager not come in so thats why they are short. Then when it come time to pay the bill we noticed we were shorted onion rings. We figured why bother and confuse them. So I asked for our bill and waited for at least 10 minutes until I went and asked for a manager. So she comes over and asks what's the problem. Well we finally got the bill and paid and while I was signing the slip. The waitress decided to tell me she was taking a large order and would have gotten to us after that. Well I don't need to know the excuses of why your level of service depends on how many people are at a table. The food was mildly warm as it was but we didn't want to cause anymore confusion. So we boxed up most of our meal and left. So since this place is declining on the quality of service and getting the items you pay for. I guess we can find another place to go to when we want chicken. Its really sad because it's close to home and we try...

My husband and I arrived shortly after 6pm on Wednesday 4/24 /24 so "happy hour" had already ended, it wasn't very busy at all and we were seated immediately. We asked our sever about the advertisement on the door which she explained it was a $10 basket only available for happy hour and suggested we come back during that time if that's what we wanted, My husband ordered the triple bacon cheeseburger with fries and a blue Hawaiian drink and I ordered the cheese curd burger with fries and a margarita, they didn't have an ingredient for one of the specialty drinks I wanted to try, Our server started walking away before we were finished ordering I had to raise my voice a bit to let her know we wanted some wings as well ( mild Buffalo and garlic parm) She came back and asked if we would like our wings as an appetizer as they were done but our burgers weren't we said yes better to eat them while they're hot, when she came back she said she had lied and had our burgers along with the wings. I wasn't a fan of the Buffalo sauce, my burger was greasy, the thick cut bacon was over cooked and maybe 3 cheese curds hiding under the bun, I would have asked for a knife the cut it in half had our server came back to check on us before I had eaten half of it and we had asked for the check. I'm not sure why she felt the need to ask if we wanted separate checks. Our total bill was $72.00 before tip which I gave her the bare minimum,...

Came here after an afternoon of hunting for some wings and bourbon. We weren’t sure about the sauces so our waitress served our drinks then brought back several samples of the sauces for us to try. I asked the waitress if she could change the channel on the TV nearest to me and she wasn’t sure if she could but asked the manager and got it done! Food was good, server was polite and friendly (and even reminded me to order my wife’s food before we got the check), and the price …… well it’s BWW, you know how that goes. Update- came here again after a morning of hunting and it was a completely different experience. Rap music was overly loud, Bloody Mary wasn’t good this time (tasted like Tabasco and vinegar), and out side sauces (cheese for pretzels) were only filled about half way… not cool for $9. I’ll leave it at 4 stars until we visit again!

Food is ok. Service not great but for now won't keep me from going again. At ALL Buffalo Wild Wings I've previously visited they have always had someone at the front desk to either seat you or give you some direction (if in the bar section)... Won't happen here. Everyone just runs a-muck. I've been there several times and one server (Dawn) apparently has an issue with thinking everyone over 50 is either deaf or not intelligent enough to understand. I was taken back by our last visit. (And almost said something to her about it - but decided this might make more of an impact) Seriously, they have a MANAGER issue... I've had several issues with this particular BWW but this one was worth calling someone's attention to. To the manager: have staff meetings, watch your employees to see how they relate to your customers, AND clean the restrooms!!!
