Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Peru

I ordered pizza on the Pizza Hut app for a friend who is pregnant, her kids and husband. I prepaid. I received an email from Doordash who I did not order through that I had not paid and we needed to produce the cash. I called Pizza Hut and they said that my order was not paid for so I paid a second time. I got a bunch of messages from Doordash saying that they couldn't find the house even though it had the correct address and then my friend called because when they showed up and said that the pizza wasn't paid for. They eventually left it and my friend and her kids started eating dinner and then they came back and took the pizza from them in the middle of their meal. When I called Pizza Hut, the manager said it was my problem and I needed to contact Doordash because they made the pizza but Doordash wasn't delivering it. I wasn't having any of it and eventually I did get them to agree to remake and resend the order but only after arguing the point. Thanks for ruining a nice gesture for a friend and turning this day into a nightmare for me and her family.

Peru pizza hut is horrible we won't be back havent had it in 2 yrs bc of horrible service. They ignored people in the lobby until I spoke up and asked if they were goin to ask those people what they needed? Everyone's food was just being put in the warmer when all of us were there for our pick ups but they just kept loading the warmer and not asking names of people waiting. Employees ignored everyone and when I finally asked for my food after noticing they were just loading their warmer they acted like nothing was wrong. Everyone that had been waiting waited even longer because they were not asking names of people they just kept loading the warmer! Our pizza was cold and obviously had been ready for pickup when I got there and paid but they just kept letting me wait until id had enough and asked where my food was and guess what it was just sitting in the warmer alonh with the other 3 pepples orders that were waiting! Not good customer service at all why in the world would u not ask if someone was there for a pickup instead of just putting food in the warmer. They...

I have been working in Restaurants, Pizzerias, all my life. I can't believe that I was given a PRE-HEATED Stuffed Crust Pizza today.

When I got home in just 5 minutes, all the cheese was already Cold. Anyone that works in Restaurants know that's a Red Flag. FRESH Pizzas take pretty long for the cheese to go completely Cold and hard. Only Pre-Heated Pizzas go Cold that Fast..

What kind of Bread Turns Elastic? Old or Pre-Heated pizza Bread. This is not Fresh Made Bread.

I am sure somebody ordered that Pizza hours ago and never picked it up and was Pre-Heated and given to me. Nastiest Stuffed Crust I have ever tasted and this is my Favorite Pizza for over 10 years now since I lived in Chicago.

I have eaten way better Frozen Pizzas from Dollar General...
