Maybe I just keep getting the wrong things? Had a couple big cookie, those were horrible. They were dry, and the frosting asted like old powdered sugar. The fresh bread I got was very bland and, I think, over baked. I'm not a baker so I'm not 100% sure. I'm also all for freezing your various types cakes, but I could taste the freezer on these. Just want to say how impressed we were with the dessert provided by Joy (baking catering manager) for our wedding this past weekend at Camp Aramoni. We heard so many complements from our guests.
