It was hard to stay to get the food. In the drivethrough line, the speaker is so quiet that you would almost have to have your ear against it just to know what they were saying. Every time I go here, the wait is crazy, even when there are no other people in the establishment. I also always have to pull up and wait for the food. Sometimes it takes so long that I think they forgot about us. And after this wait you'd think that the food would be right, but no. There is nearly always something missing or wrong with the food. No matter if I'm missing several apple turnovers or if the burger I order without lettuce has lettuce, something is always wrong. It I'd to the point where if I don't get a receipt, I worry. Sometimes I wish that I could watch them prepare and bag the food, just so I know that it is right. I can't even begin to count the amount of money I have lost to this place due to the sheer amount of food that I pay for but don't get. So if you are planning to go here, don't go through the drivethrough. It isn't worth it. You don't want to go hungry because you were in a rush, but also ended up being late because of how long it takes. Don't go through the drivethrough and end up late and hungry. Read moreI would have gave them no stars, but the program won't let you do that. A place like this gives the Hardee's franchises a real bad name. First of all we went in to the place and I could tell it was a girl's first day or close to it but she had no business being by herself and the manager let her do that. It took her 5 minutes or more to take our order. The manager was called away for a few minutes and when she came back she did not help the girl at all. She finally got our order taken after which my wife gave her $20.81 our order total $15.81. She tried to hand my wife back $1 for her change after she stared at the wall for a couple of minutes. My wife told her to just give her a $5 bill that was her change. Then the girls smarted off to my wife and said I know that. We went to sit down and almost immediately here came our order. My wife is missing part of hers my burger looked like it's been sitting there call day and it was burnt and dry. My wife decided we should just go and requested a refund. Read moreOrdered through Hardee's app for the first time. And I have to tell you it is different than some of the other fast food places in the way that they charge. Like most places there is a delivery fee. Not a big deal, what is though to me is that they're charging me a service fee and a digital ordering fee on top of that . The service fee was nearly double. What Hardee's figured for the tip of my driver with the digital ordering fee figured in come close to being three times that. I could not change the amount of tip they had figured for. The driver was just added to this mess. I would not have shortchanged my driver as they did anytime that a driver is willing to come out of the city proper. I think they deserve at least a $5 tip.
