05/2024 Edit: I know this review is already lengthy, but I wanted to say that the restaurant has really improved and has a good crew of folks who are very friendly and make it right if there's something wrong with my order, I now go here on a regular basis and avoid the Hattiesburg location. What a difference time can make with certain locations!
Edit 05/23/2023: The area director reached out to me about this experience and apologized for the issue, and said to wait a couple of days to see if the 1-800 number would refund my money. They didn't. I contacted him after the two days had lapsed and he said he'd let his boss know and he'd get my money back. He held true to his word and the money was back in my account the next day!
He stated the manager would be in touch as well to offer replacement meals, but I still haven't heard anything yet. To be honest I don't need anything free, I just wanted my money back.
I have bumped the review from one to three stars for the good results I received from the director, but ya'll still need to implement the ability to cancel orders for situations like this as well as work on that terrible 1-800 number! I realize this is a corporate issue and not this specific location however.
Placed an order online for dinner and set up the time for 5:45 so I could drive from work. At 5:44 I receive a phone call from the location stating that none of my fried items could be made (about 95% of my order) and I'd have to check "Somewhere on the app" to cancel my order.
Well the app states you can't cancel orders, you have to call them. So I did, and gave my information, but I didn't get a refund yet because the customer service rep said he'd have to send it to his supervisor. No ETA on that, so now I'm out $42 and I still have to find dinner elsewhere when I just drove out of my way from the next city over on my way home from work.

I ordered A LARGE ORDER of their Jalapeño Poppers which age ALWAYS GREAT… but their fryer was down, so NO poppers…. We ordered a combo fish sandwich meal…. Not thinking how we were going to get a FRIED fish filet for the sandwich or any fries in the combo meal…, a second fried fish, sandwich, a half pound Roast Beef sandwich, and, a GREAT mint milkshake! ALL for $24.83. Well we got the combo fish sandwich meal (deluxe fried fish sandwich came with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, some mayo), the second fried fish sandwich came plain/standard with a tiny bit of mayo, a big half pound roast beef sandwich, and the Great milkshake. We ordered fish sandwiches because I had read an article earlier in the week about WHO sold THE BEST FRIED FISH Sandwich (Fast Food) during Lent. Arby’s was listed as the undisputed FIRST Place Winner with the “BEST” fish sandwich…. WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!!! The/Our’’s Arby’s Fish Sandwiches were TERRIBLE!!! The only thing I could figure out was that either the FRIED Fish filets were left over from yesterday (no meat Fridays during Lent), OR Arby’s Fried fish sandwich filets COME FRIED & Frozen & are reheated in a microwave as needed. In any event, THEY WERE HARD, DRY and just plain BAD! The Big roast beef sandwich was typical Arby’s fare; if you like it, fine. I made the mistake of putting the Arby’s BBQ sauce on it. The sauce was very vinegar based & SWEET BABY RAY’S BBQ sauce would have been SO MUCH BETTER (MY Mistake). There was no ‘adjusted price’ for the lack of fries in the combo meal either. So all in all, I’d say if you only want a Jamocha Or MINT milkshake, definitely go to Arby’s! If the fryers ARE working, DEFINITELY get their Cream cheese Poppers! If you like their type of roast beef, get their roast beef sandwiches. Otherwise...
Read moreI mistaking online order to the wrong Arby’s! It was 9:45 pm & just when I hit confirm order amount I see that it had the Arby’s across town from us. I immediately called that Arby’s & the lady said to go on the app & cancel the order that they would not make it, no big deal! Ok fine but as I’m on the app it states no orders can be cancelled! I tried callin them back again & no one would answer the phone. There was no way for us to make it plus she said she wasn’t goin to fix our food. I’ve sent two emails and no response from Arby’s yet. Sorry but I just don’t think I should be charged for food that was never fixed....
