We have never been disappointed before, but tonight was terrible. Very little wait, music was good and salad came out quickly. We both ordered the same size Ribeyes and both cooked medium. My steak was OK but tough. My wife's steak was all fat. The 16 Oz Angus cut after cutting off the fat was about 4 to 6 Oz of meat that was also cooked medium rare. We told our waitress we didn't want her steak and to have it replaced. The manager was called over as if we had done something wrong. A very young girl came and explained to us that is what we ordered and that's how the Angus cut are. We showed her mine compared to hers and she continued to argue that the cook had told her the loin is fatty and that's how they are coming out. We mentioned to bring us a prime instead and she explained that we would definitely not like that since they are even more fatty than the Angus. I have been eating good tasting Angus cut steaks for years and have never seen as much fat as her Sullys steak was tonight. Her trimmed up same type of steak came out almost similar. Dinner out with my wife ended up me eating and us waiting awhile til her meal came. I was almost done eating and my wife was so upset she didn't want to eat. When you spend nearly $100 out to eat, you should be satisfied not disgusted. The waitress didn't want to help us with refills or anything once we sent back my wife's meal. Terrible management, service and definitely steaks tonight. We will be thinking of taking our business elsewhere for sure. I've raved many times before about them but not tonight. Don't talk down to a customer and try to so call educate them on fat content on a steak. Customer isn't satisfied apologize first and foremost then do what you can to make them happy. Find yourself more professional customer service oriented managers. Buy better quality beef! Don't serve if it doesn't look good. Thin ring of fat is acceptable around my ribeyes but not fist fulls. Oh now my husband and I most certainly won’t be giving our business here after the response from the restaurant. I can understand they are not happy with the one star but it’s not up to a business to tell a customer what they can’t do. No we’ve never tried the food and I made that clear. But the one star is was based on the ridiculous wait time. And sense they had such a smarty pants response please allow me to go farther into detail. The very last time we made an attempt to eat here, the restaurant really didn’t look all that packed for them to have such a long wait time. We walked back inside to check on how much longer the wait time will be, the one host said they called 3 times(Lies) as her & the other host argued with each other over who was supposed to call us & who actually called us, then one host said it went to voicemail. The host was very rude! She acted as if we were standing there lying while explaining we received no call. Neither host showed no remorse or concern & didn't offer or attempt to make it right as she ignored us keeping her head down. At this point I told my husband we can leave while they were standing there looking dumbfounded still arguing with each other. My complaint is do better as hosts and learn how to handle all situations more professionally than to just act like we didn’t matter at all!
