Roys Market is a cornerstone of our community and the new owners have been doing an amazing job. It's hard to imagine that one could take a place so beloved and actually make it BETTER. The produce is always fresh, the meats the best around, and the diversity of products amaze in what can be found in a relatively small space. Plus often the prices compare very favorably to our local larger chain store. Finally, the staff is always exceptionally friendly and remembers passing conversations as an opportunity for future connection. Dropped off a LONGTIME customer/senior citizen to shop at Roy's, pulled into the parking lot, she got out, and I sent a msg to her family to say where she was. In that 45 seconds, the owner of Roy's came to my car TWICE to tell me to move my car out of his lot. He needs to stop assuming that whoever is in his lot is somehow not a customer. What a jerk.
