This food truck has potential, but we will not be going back and strongly suggest you choose from one of the other food trucks nearby. Here's why: food was ok but the hummus had no flavor and the falafel was overcooked. Food was a bit over priced for this reason. Attitude of the two blond haired women (older and younger)was very sour and unpleasant on more than one occassion. I regret having given them a tip since the rudeness was probably the worst I've experienced after vacationing in this town for a.long time. I am open to trying it again if the place has new staff who are more skilled at cooking and customer service. These people don’t know how to make Mediterranean food. I’m at a bar with food trucks needing gluten free. Almost everything here has gluten. At Mim’s, I was disappointed to find out that ALL their meat has gluten, and so does their falafel. Lamb, beef, and falafel should not have wheat flour as a binder. The only thing on their menu I can eat is a veggie “gyro” over romaine. Except they also added a lot of spinach, which I hate. The main ingredient is supposed to be zucchini, but I only got 3 thin planks of under-grilled zucchini. Plus the only protein here is a little bit of hummus. Mims is so good! The spicy feta fries are flavorful, hot, and fresh. The gyros are always packed full of delicious and quality ingredients, and the service is always laid-back and kind. My mom and I each got a gyro and traded one half with each other, so I had a chicken tender gyro and a veggie one.
