Absolutely amazing Customer service!!!!! I had ordered from the online store a harness that I couldn’t find anywhere else for the ruffwear Omni-jor harness. A couple days later they called and said it was not in stock and they were going to cancel my order. I said OK no problem it seems to be a unicorn item right now because it’s sold out everywhere! Well… Over a month later Gary remembered me as they were going through their stuff for their sidewalk sale and they found the harness in their sock, so he called me right away and completed the order!!! Amazing he remembered and so thankful! Red dog will be thrilled that he doesn’t have to borrow his brothers too big...

All I wanted to buy was a ball for my dog and I to go play at the beach. The owner required a mask, which is fine but I just asked him if I could wait outside and buy a ball, to which he responded we have balls for sale. I asked if I could hand him my CC and buy a ball but he responded with you'll have to wear a mask and come inside. I'm not allowed, by law, to wear a mask so I ended up going to a large chain store to make my purchase. I would much rather support the small community stores but couldn't. When you want a local business that cares and puts forth an effort, look no further than this place. Insanely courteous greeting and talkative banter from the staff when you walk in. Once I asked what I was looking for, they showed me a variety of products, and not just the expensive stuff, either. Turns out, the dog boots I was looking for were not the right size, so they exchanged them today for my mom when she went into the store. You may pay a little more here, but I assure you, keeping places like this is business is important, so throw them your business and fetch yourself...
