I’ve been a regular here for 5 years. The staff they had for the first 3 of those 5 were amazing. But I actually have to thank dazzle. I suffer from horrible anxiety and usually experience no issues ordering through their drive thru. But today I waited all day and was just barely able to make it today before they closed. And even though I’m a regular and the girl at the window knew me and already knew my order would not take the order. I winded up crying in my car because I had forced myself out of bed for this coffee and the girl who was usually so nice was obviously more concerned about her company Christmas party than serving the last few customers of the day to the point where the girl two cars in front of me got served but me and the car in front of me didn’t even though we were already waiting in line. I understand if you’re closing but if you already have customers waiting you don’t turn them away. That’s how you lose your local customers for a business. I know I spend at least $70 a month on dazzle probably more going every morning but now I will be switching to the human bean or brewing my own at home. Anything to avoid the selfish encounters that seem to plague the employees of dazzle except for maybe one anime pinned barista boy who’s always amazing when I go. He deserves a raise. Everyone else is the reason I will be giving one star to MY USED TO BE FAVORITE...
Read moreI came here on the day they had the Pflugerville Pfestival of Lights. My beverage was great. The problem was the man running the window was not kind and appeared agitated. I understand he may have been busy but he had a nasty attitude and was not friendly at all. Maybe he needs more customer service training. He also could not even try to hide his frustration. I later found out that they were short handed that day and he was apparently frustrated because people were walking up to the window instead of driving through and apparently we were supposed to order from one side and pick up on the other side. We all could have done that had we been told but he nor the other person on the other side of the window never said anything. We are not mind readers. I still like Dazzle but if I see him working the window again, I'll...
Read moreEasily the best coffee within 25 miles; but it's the service that will make us drive the wrong direction to go to Dazzle instead of the Starbucks that's actually on our way out. Their friendly, fun, and incredibly efficient when there's a line down the road. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes, and even then on those days when it's clear they're absolutely crushed by their popularity they've never screwed up an order or been anything less than friendly. Which is such a wonderful break from so many other places where if they're busy they treat you like they're doing you a favor to take your order. It's the first place we go when my kids come home from college, and the last place we go when they're headed back out. All in all, it just doesn't get any better...
