Went for a baby shower that was held at the big Pavillion. The big parking lot is located on the other side of the pool. That's where most Garmins take to. The walk is way to far from there to the Pavillion or the playground. There is a small parking lot closer to the Pavillion and right next to the play ground. But again it is small. The bathrooms are pretty far form the Pavillions as well. That needs to be changed. The do not want you to hang, staple, nail or tape anything up as far as decorations in the Pavillion per the contract. But come on, people rent those for special occasions. They have cameras in the Pavillion which is good. It was a nice size Pavillion for sure. I believe there was a BBQ put there. But if that's what that was I have no clue how to use it. It's huge and boxy and just really odd looking. But it looked like a big pit. It was a nice space to have a baby shower. Although it was sooooo hot outside. They do have several plugs so you can...
Read moreThis place is awesome. It's also huge. There is a wide variety of stuff to do and explore. I haven't seen it all yet, but from what I have experienced so far, my kids love it and beg to go back.
As seen in the pics, the playground is expansive with some unique equipment to play on. Then the creek water is clear and easy to get in and out of.
There is also picnic tables, BBQs, and a large group pavilion. Throw in some walking/biking trails and there is a near endless amount of stuff to do.

Read morePfluger park is the flagship park in Pflugerville ( PF City Park.) As such, it should have more lighting, security, and cameras. The park website states it closes at 10PM but it does not, and is open 24/7 open to the public and is a huge security risk for the city.
This is an accident waiting to happen. The city has electronic timed gated entrances at all its other parks (1849, Lake Pflugerville) but not this one, and I'm wondering why the security at this public site is so lax ? Someone please...
