Claire, the GM, needs to be fired. She is extremely rude and short when she knows she is wrong. Backstory, I purchased a pizza through the Domino's app back on March 9, used my points but got extra things on the pizza and paid for it with cash in the store. When I got home, they didn't put meat on my pizza. I called and the guy I spoke with said he would put a credit on my account. Cool! Well, I tried to use my credit yesterday and they never put the credit on my account. When I called, they said it was something only the GM could do and she could call me in the morning. Well, I never got a call from her so I decided to call myself and she is absolutely the rudest person ever. Talking over me, raising her voice but claiming she isn't, trying to treat me as if I did something wrong for trying to find a resolution. I'm glad the calls are recorded so there is proof of her hostility towards paying customers. Basically, they stole my money on March 9 because they didn't put the credit on my account and they lied to me about the credit process in general. They won't credit me for my points that I used, only for the money I spent that day. Read the other reviews and look at their ratings for this location. I won't be coming to this location anymore Drive a couple more minutes down the road and go to Domino's near 35/ HEB/ WingStop. They have never messed up my order, stolen money, or rude to customers.

She always seem to make it a issue when I come there. I had stop coming to this location for a while because of her antagonizing approach with customer service. First time I had ordered I was paying with 100 dollar bill and my change would have been less than 60 she insisted ..heck she could have suggested adding to the order (upscale) But was the attitude instead.Today I had ordered two pizzas one was a remake for a mistake made added meat to a veggie. I had my receipt and the picture I was required to send of the pizza that was made incorrectly. I furnished her my phone number the gentleman told me use for my credit. She said your number is not in here. Did you speak with a manager. I give her every detail and said yes" he told me to give my number. She said with sarcasm there are no male managers here.
