Stumbled upon this gem at Lakeline mall by chance. Y’all this Midwest BBQ had me questioning my loyalty to my own Texas BBQ that I’ve grown up with! We were able to eat damn good food that you could tell was made with love. I’m a very picky eater but was so impressed with the brisket. We actually ordered more food to go for our family at home. It was my first time trying the food here, and honestly it was too much for me. The owner is a sweetheart the food was food it could have used a little more seasoning. I came after the owner had a huge party he has to give they wiped him out, so what he made me was all he had left. Wow oh wow!! All I can say is that the Dirty Glove is truly a taste of Detroit! They are the only place in the Austin area that I have tried, that can nail Detroit Style Coney Fries and Dogs.
