What a disappointment going to the local Caesars today! First off the people behind the counter, don’t even speak English at all whatsoever, which is extremely confusing, because we’re in United States of America, an English speaking country. The lady helping me had tattoos all the way up her arms, which is absolutely disgusting. Where do they accept that? In addition to that I couldn’t order a thin crust, the store, called me to ask if I would accept a regular crust I said no, I do not like regular crust. They told me they were go ahead and make a stuffed crust. However, when I got home, my pizza was made on a regular crust. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would like a callback from a manager regarding this or some sort of correspondence immediately because when I tried to call the store to ask why they sent me something different than what they promise they picked up the phone and set it down, so that I could not call again.
Update 3/24 today i picked up a pizza that wasn’t the best quality and i called to speak with a manager, she quickly resolved my concern and even gave me helpful information for the future. i appreciate her quality service. my pizza was remade and the remake was GREAT! kudos for all of the...
Read moreI thought the establishment was quite beautiful, and the exterior tables were nice and aesthetic with the view of the building and the greenery surrounding it. The workers there were friendly, and the service was good but did have to wait a bit for the order to be prepared (2-3mins). I appreciate this one worker who always asks if there is anything I need or want to have more of. She is very nice and always considerate of the customers and workers in that shift. I dont know her name, but I notice she's the only one with red hair and is a bit shorter than the others, though that doesn't let that stop her! All of their food is good and warm by the time I get home, and I get to enjoy it at the comfort of my house. I have eaten there before, though, and it is an enjoyable experience as there is a calm atmosphere sitting outside (preferably before...
Read moreI have had a couple of ok experiences but there are more than one employees working there that are flippant and dismissive no matter what I have mentioned to them. Whether it be a comment of question, I leave there feeling perplexed at how these kids are allowed to continue to work there. It's a shame. I have had a couple of great pizzas from there, this last one sucked. It was half pepperoni and half sausage, but it came out lopsided with very little pepperoni and then more crust than sausage on the other side. I asked for extra cheese, but nowhere to be found. I will be calling them tomorrow to report this service and hope to get a replacement pizza. I mean the thing was less than 10 bucks, but it's the principle of it all. I mean, are you the children of the franchisee??? Why is this behavior so commonplace in the valley....
