I was greeted as I came in, and seated by the lovely hostess, at the bar. It wasn't busy. There were about 4 other tables when I arrived. They were playing some 90s pop and R&B throwbacks which was something I eased into with my 5x5 brunette bombshell haha. It was a vibe, low-light and fresh. They still had Christmas garlands above one of their TVs though, which was well, festive but it is the end of June. The server brought me complimentary chips and salsas. The salsa verde was spicy šŸ˜‹ They gave good customer service and the food was overall, delicious. I had been craving chicken with mole for a while and those tacos hit the spot. The rice had peas, carrots, corn and... lima beans? I didn't care for the lima beans and didn't think they'd be in traditional Mexican rice as I know it but eh, easily took them out with my fork. The rice itself was a bit on the dry side but alright. The chicken and mole was just to my liking with fresh tortillas and the refried beans were good too. I was there over an hour and had a bahama mama as my last drink, which they made strong. It was everything I could ask for. But, they were playing World Championship Tag for some reason there at the bar area which got progressively funnier as time went on and alcohol went in. I'd been here a couple times before and always enjoyed it. Overall, I'd recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

This grill has everything From steaks , ribs (small bone hotel ribs). Seafood, and chicken. The guacamole was fresh and the rice and refried beans are tasty. The day we went in we noticed Ed the nachos are a popular choice at almost every table. We visited on a Saturday night around 8pm and they had a local band playing Mexican music. They sounded good, but it was a little loud for some older friends like that were with us. In all the plates that we had were the ribs in the Molcajete in a mild red salsa, fajitas, and steaks. Everything was very good. We all had a great time. They do Serve alcohol and they are family friendly. I do not recommend kids running around. Hot plates are coming out and sizzling salsas can spill easily. Our food was great we ate it all. The Servers were nice and quick to serve. We are bringing some from work associates next week.

I was craving some tasty brunch and decided to finally give this place a try. As with most restaurants, the mimosas were pretty straightforward. You can't do brunch with a mimosa so do order one. I was offered other flavors besides orange. I decided to stick to regular orange. The Avocado Chilaquiles were so good! I was surprised they came with chicken since the menu did not list it as such. It was a pleasant surprise! The sides were okay. I couldn't resist trying the Banana Foster pancakes. They were a generous serving of 4 fluffy pancakes that hit the spot. Make sure to be ready to wait a bit if you go on a Sunday for brunch. Service was very slow in the beginning but it was incredibly busy.

They do not even deserve one star, but in order to do the review, I had to select one star, for those of you that were here five months ago something has absolutely changed either the owner has changed or management just doesn’t care. It was my birthday and they absolutely ruined my dinner with my family. Food was cold Grilled chicken was so tough. They actually thought that I could cut it with the butter knife. I needed more of a steak knife. In the past, I’ve ordered the same plate and the chicken has always been perfectly cooked But that was almost a year ago. We found a cockroach by the salsa on the table. Cockroaches in the bathroom alive.! The manager look more like the bartender, she told me that they had just had the restaurant sprayed for roaches. I told her then they should’ve kept the restaurant closed. The straws were not even drink size you had to stick your fingers in the drink to be able to reach the straw They said they had forgotten to order straws, but they were gonna run to the store to get some and they never did. My son ordered a steak Costing $32 for the plate. They brought him halfway cooked potatoes, When he ordered they told him the meat guy had made the delivery the 5 minutes later they said he was there. Now I’m not sure if maybe they dug up the steak from the freezer. Awful experience! No wonder they had no customers. We are definitely going to call Channel 4, ā€œQue Rico Que ascoā€. What happened??? Now I know why it closed in Edinburg. Food was bad. They only take home was my cake! I can’t figure out how to download the pictures, but I do have pictures of the roaches and the dried out chicken and the...

Extremely poor customer service. I gave the food a 3 star because we never received it, but the service was not only disappointing but embarrassing for this establishment. I’ve had their food at a catered event and wanted to give the restaurant a try since it was good, but I will NEVER return or recommend this place. We went for brunch so it was only my partner and I, and one other table. As that table left another party arrived and they received their food before us. We waited 40 minutes until we brought this up to the waiter’s attention to which he was quick to blame the kitchen. That’s a low move as this should be a team operation and the fact that he acted like it wasn’t his fault and everyone else’s made this embarrassing. I asked for the manager to which he didn’t even know her and had to ask a coworker. Apparently Emily Alaniz is her name. If so, Emily you may want to take care of the waiter who lacks common sense and has no problem throwing your staff under. Further, his nonchalance shows a lack of care and sadly only contributes to the failure of this establishment. The waiter did not give his name, but he was working in the morning of 6/1/24 and seemed to not understand English. I’m not saying that to be rude , but to narrow down which waiter this was. It was only 2 males and 1 female...
