Tonight was the first night that the customer service at the Phenix City, Al. Dominoes was Terrible. First off I would like to commend Justin for being so kind. He was professional and understanding that there had been a mistake and our order that consisted of 3 pizzas, chicken alfredo, and 2 lava cakes did not get to us.The delivery guy couldnot find us... This is a first. 10 lee rd 2173 Autumn creek. It does show up on google... While having to re-order my food thru justin... (Justin had a hard time getting my card info right.) As I started to repeat the card info to him ( both of us being frustrated by this point.) At that point; He said, " you know what, I'm not going to charge you. I will deliver this to you personally, cuz I know where you are at"... I won't charge you for the order. I was surprised and thanked him and he said he would be here in 25 min. A few min later we got a call on my daughters phone from the manager who said this was my fault for the delivery mistake because i wouldn't answer the phone... My phone did not ring! I have no control over cell towers! She proceeded to tell me that I was not getting a free order. I should not have demanded that. I in No way demanded that I get a free order to justin at all. I asked him what I needed to do to get my meal that I ordered. This woman had some nerve! By this time I decided to check my bank account... Folks $58.78 came out of my account twice... Now because of the drivers mistake and poor customer service from the manager... I have $117.56 that is now tied up in "pending" mistakes from Dominoes. Now my power bill will be late since I now have to wait up to 5 business days for the 2 yes, 2 transactions to supposedly correct itself. I have never had a manager be so rude and cocky over a 99 cent marinara sauce that should come with my bread in the first freaking place. I have to SAY that she better be glad I'm trying to be a better person! Because honey I promise your little nasty attitude ain't nothing compared to what mine could have been! You laughing at me when I was already upset is not a trait of a leader of any kind in any industry much less a restaurant. Your condescending way of speaking to a customer truly makes me wonder if you actually are part of the management team at dominos or you just thought it was Jasmines pizza restaurant today instead of dominos. Either way you wouldn't be anywhere close to my management team until you learned how to speak to and interact with customers. To the actual management team at this particular dominos on 280 bypass in phenix city, this is the third horrible experience I have had at this establishment within 6 months. If you are going to nickel and dime your customers at least ensure you have someone capable of providing decent customer service to make up for the fact that you're charging me for sauce, that should come with my bread that looked disgusting btw and that I paid 8 dollars with tax for! Read moreI have lived in Phenix City now for 4 years and have never had such horrible service from Domino's before. On 8-31 we ordered VIA app for a delivery at 7:35 for a games kick off time, we ordered two pizzas, one was perfect but the other wasn't. The one that was messed up was a thin crust with extra marinara and pepperoni, the pizzas arrived about 15 min late and the thin crust as ZERO sauce, it was legit bread and cheese. so we called, we also waited about 20 min before anyone picked up, once someone did we told of the mess up, the worker them stated that it said no sauce, which he wasn't wrong, it did say no sauce but it also said extra marinara. The worker then saw the issue and said they would correct it, we waited another hour and half before the pizza even arrived just to have it the exact same of the last order. We called again and no one picked up the phone, I waited with the phone ringing for about 25 minutes before finally driving down there. Once I got there I showed them the previous two pizzas and they made me a third this one correct, however when I was there the phone was ringing off the hook and workers just ignored the phone. They even were having conversations with other workers while the phone rang and rang, the manager didn't see like she knew how to manage anything and there was no real supervision there.
