Was about to a Chair on July 14th that was marked $56 Regular priced but, saleswoman told me to wait until July 16th between 9-11 am and come back because they had a sale of 25% going on and it would cost less. I was so worried it be sold before the sale so the saleswoman said she would put it in the back & Mark it sold. My husband went on July 16 around 9:45 am to pay for chair and pick it up. He came home with a receipt for a total price he paid for chair of $64.88! I asked why the chair was not discounted by 25%? And the chair had to be ordered and pick up was the next Tuesday on July 21st! What happened here??? Of course the salesperson did not remember our conversation!!! They marked up the chair to $79.99 and said the price charged included the 25% off!! That when I was there on the 14th the chair was $56 on sale that ended that day! So since saleswoman told me to wait until the 16th of July I ended up paying more for the chair and had to wait for it to be ordered!! The customer service is trash, the furniture is not worth it and overpriced. Unfortunately there are so many people in this country that have covid or experienced covid since it has been around. I happened to be one of them which impacted my financial situation. Not only that but I’ve had an issue with my financial institution that they’re investigating at this time. I’ve called and explained, even apologized. And advised when able to I will make the payment. I was told the payment needs to be made now or a civil suit will be done. Then I was hung up on and they blocked my number from calling back. Definitely not the experience I was expecting to have when I know I’m not the only one who has been impacted negatively by this situation, very frustrated & disappointed. Read moreGetting approved for the zero no interests was my worst experience. The Manager claimed I didn't qualify for it. I stated, this my first time coming to this location. I have always gotten approved for that zero interest fee, I stated I'll just go to another store. She kept at it, saying all the stores have the same policy, I'm not qualified. After I asked what's the requirements to be approved, than she decided to fake look at my paper work, claimed she over looked something on the 1st page but on the 2nd page she saw my credit score. She said the requirements is a 640 credit score and an above. She said I do meet the requirements. I'm not sure if that's a common pattern at that location to deny African American the zero no interests fee.
