Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Phenix City

I called to ask about delivery and I told her the city and instead of looking it up she told me, "We don't deliver there." Just as she was about to hang up, I asked if anyone does and she said our other store on 80. I thought in my head, how can that be if that's farther out. I called the other store and when he answered Ladonia, I said, "Ladonia? Do you deliver to my location?" He asked where I was at and said, no the other location did. He was the Assistant Manager to that store and he told me to call them back and mention his name. I did so and they promptly took my order. The lady on the phone this time was super polite, patient and accommodating. It took a little over an hour for the food to come and when it did, my boyfriend and I couldn't eat any of the pizza or bread sticks because it had a weird after taste that was off putting. Perhaps old dough or something? Also, there was barely any sauce at all. The wings were the only thing salvageable out of $50 of food!! On top of that, I tipped the driver $7 and they didn't even bring my drink that I paid for or pack any of the extra sauces I got charged for. I love Papa Johns but I will not order from this store. So...

Ordered on my computer, drove to the store, paid for the pizza, was told it wasn't quite ready. After about 15 minutes, they checked and said it wasn't ready. After another 10 minutes, I started hovering around the counter. They finally got a manager. Manager said she thought a driver must have picked it up, and she ripped the label off of someone else's pizza box, and gave me their pizza. No apology, so I asked what I did wrong when I ordered it on the computer so I didn't do it next time. No reply. Had to ask three more times before she finally said I didn't do anything wrong when I ordered on the computer, and admitted it was their fault. She then looked at me like I, a customer whom she was paid to serve, was an inconvenience to her, and she wished I would leave. The pizza, after I finally got it and took it home,...

I called in to place an order for pickup and as I was placing the order, the PJ rep respponded with impatience over the phone and hung up! I called back and placed my order. When I arrived I believe it was the same rep that I talked to when I asked her why I was being charged 4 dollars over what they usually charge, she responded with a curt snobbish "well you ordered one too many items on your pizza! She also had me wait an extra 10 mins and I saw my pizzas were ready on the rack when I came in!............... Complete...
