Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phenix City

Loved going here. But I"m a disabled war veteran with my id. I been getting discounts and one day i went in they said i had to be in uniform. I was like I"m not in the service but I"m a war veteran disabled at that. I said uniforms are easy to get Ids are not. I asked for policy establish date change of discounts to be presented. Others customers were present and said I was right. I asked for management they were also rude and didn't provide the change of rules. I said this is clearly wrong and discrimination and this rules don't even exist. Coming from managers and leadership said it was put out at the current meeting but they didn't have it in writing. Which is also not true. I contact the office in Bham i was 5 times each time they promised coupons and said they talk to the managers it never happened and they didn't say anything about the rules change and said its not even in they hand book. Not to mention they threatened to call police when I was not holding up the line I even moved to the back when customers came in. This is a very haunting and horrible experience and treatment all the way to the top office. I'm gonna still eat there and I"m gonna still ask for my discounts and eventually I'm gonna go to the courts about this treatment. But overall the workers are sweet people employees are management are not. The restaurant food is excellent they move fast and the restaurant is always clean and I'm always greeted. But far as the managers they act like they are rude and uneducated on integrity and the rules of they own store. But soon they realize that people have rights and regulations are put in place for a reason. So they now it only speaks of senior discounts in the handbook. But If you gonna give it to a veteran in uniform then continue to give a veteran that can has id. A very loyal but...

Wow!! If I could give no stars I would! Tonight I ordered from their store online and had my fiancé pick it up. The manager was the one who handed him the order, and got an attitude when he asked if everything was correct. He got home and I started to take little pieces off to feed my 13 month old some of my burrito, and saw a pubic hair!! And NO I am not over exaggerating. This hair was about one inch long, curly and black. I called and told the manager and she tried telling me an older woman made our food and she wouldn't have done something like that. But she could remake our food?! Um, no I'm good. I don't want anything from your store and will never eat here again!!! I told her it may not have been the lady making them, but I know what I'm looking at, and my fiancé would bring the food back up there, we want our money back. This wasn't the first time we have ate at this location, but it is definitely the last. EVERY time we have been here they have messed up our order, once they charged us twice, even after that we STILL went back, but...

The only reason this location got one star is so I can comment on an event that happened this week, the one where employee(s) at this Taco Bell location refused to serve law enforcement a meal and customer(s) antagonized the act. For the employee(s) who refused service, you are despicable. For the customer(s) who supported the action of the employee(s), you too are despicable. For the management, not sure if you were there but obviously you have failed. The only "cause" you are supporting is the destruction of the human race and it is fueled by ignorance. You are the problem, you will forever live a life of inadequacy, you will never be productive for society, and you have done nothing in your life worthwhile which is why you resort to a grotesque "cause". Now I am being very PC right now because I won't stoop to your level of filth and I know you will be judged for your actions in this life...
