Wingstop — Restaurant in Phenix City

Placed my order at 5:35pm. Got an email that said my order would be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. It took 50 minutes for them to even start bagging my food and then another 15 for the them to finish it and call out my name to pickup. One hour for 20 wings and 2 fries. That is unacceptable. The Weems Road location lost my business for this reason and now, so has this one. There are too many wing places in this area that are just as good, cheaper, and without this kind of wait. If you can't get orders ready in the time you have quoted to your customers then stop quoting a lie. Time ordered - 5:35pm. Time confirmation email recieved - 5:41pm. Time they called my name - 6:42. When I said something about it being an hour she asked if I'd like a drink. A drink..... No, maybe a coupon for half off. Maybe 20% refund since my wings sat in a bag getting cold for 15 minutes waiting for fries because yall couldn't keep up with the amount of orders coming in. Keep your drink. Placed my order on the app for take out which was quoted to be ready around 1745. I arrived at 1805 and was told my order was still not ready. I noticed a sign on the drink machine that it was currently out of order (and they did not have a Coke Freestyle Machine at this location) but they just got done stocking up the fridge with bottled drinks that some purchased from Walmart and dropped off. I did not receive my order until 1820. When I went to get my food, I asked the employee about my drink that I paid for on the app. I was told that the manager has established that you need to pay extra/upcharge to get one of the bottled drinks EVEN THOUGH THEIR DRINK MACHINE WAS BROKEN. Went to this location and as I’m waiting on my food (average wait time) I watch as the girl working in the back with no gloves and no hair net is leaned up on a food prep table scratching her cheap braids over the food. Then proceeds to make fries with said unwashed dirty hand. I got my food and went home to realize half of my order was missing. Call back and make the second trip to make it back home again and realize the food I just picked up is ice cold because they didn’t want to use boneless wings like I ordered and just used over cooked tenders that were gonna get thrown out. When I make the second phone call I’m asked to return to the store once again which I declined because there is no reason the gas should cost more than my food.
