I ordered five pizzas a few months ago for a party, and every single one was horrible. There were 2-3 inch borders between where the sauce ended and the edges of the crust. There was minimal cheese on any of them, with toppings rolling off—and I was genuinely embarrassed to feed some of my gluten free guests because the crust was so thin and hard, nothing like the images on the website. (I know gluten free bread is always going to be challenging but if ANY OTHER PART of the gluten free pizza had been edible, I might have let it slide. Bad crust, 50% of the sauce it should have had and 25% of the cheese? Come on.) It honestly seemed like they had made all the pizzas 5-6 hours in advance, when I ordered them, and let them sit around getting hard and dry until delivery time. I ordered primarily from &pizza because of their flexibility w/r/t dietary restrictions, but because of the high price I also got a few pies from a cheaper, standard pizza place and I’m glad I did.
The impetus for my leaving a review months later is the fact that I’ve just had to unsubscribe from texts from &pizza for the THIRD time. Which isn’t this location’s fault, in fairness, but if corporate customer service really wants me to engage with their brand, then...

My ISSUE: On a second occasion as I enjoyed my pizza, I watched an encounter with a young Afro amer. Man couldn’t have been over 25 engage with an Asian cashier who was extremely nasty, rude, condescending, and completely INSENSITIVE. Their was a card dispute over his order & the cashier treated him as if he was the gum on the bottom of his shoe!! He had the box of pizza ready to hand it to him once the issue took place he then took the pizza and placed it back in the warmer. Disregarding him until his card was situated and then handed him his box of pizza. I was so disgusted in this behavior I began to walk over to pay for the young mans pizza myself!
Advice to the &pizza team: HAVE COMPASSION & great every customer with dignify & respect at all times. Also enable a petty cash compassion plan that allows cashiers to comp the tab, for instances like that oppose to treating a paying customer with a banking issue as if he’s worthless over a $10...

The pizza tasted good, but it was luke-warm to cold, and arrived too late for the event (pizza party) at the office. Their phone numbers do not work, and the text I sent to the # listed, never received a reply. When it arrived I told the delivery person (from the pizza shop) that the pizza was late by an hour and a half; she shrugged and said Ok, before she sauntered back out of the front door of the office.
