Ameri Thai Bistro — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I’m so happy that I’ve found this place! I live in Delco but come to Philly often. I was drinking my delicious oat milk latte from Shot Tower and searching for Thai food nearby. I don’t eat animals anymore so I’ve had only tofu meals. Omg the pad Thai is delicious, it has lots of bean sprouts, the way I like it and everything tastes fresh. They even give a lime wedge, which tops off the taste 😋 the flavor is delicious and not dried out like I’ve had at many other places. They have the best spring rolls that I’ve ever tasted! Not only is the food amazing beyond words, but the service is equally as amazing. I selected their amazing dish Pad Se Ew and it was super spicy, because i ordered that way lol. Little did I know that i couldn’t handle the undefeated Thai pepper, and I couldn’t eat it. I let the amazing staff know that I couldn’t finish the dish and not only did they express genuine concern, but i was assisted right away with sincere service. I will continue to be a loyal costumer and encourage anyone new to Thai food or just like it in general, this is the place to come. Not only do the flavors captivate the true authenticity of Thai food and it’s culture....but the service is 5 diamond standard if you ask me.

Amazing. Amazing....

My fiancé and I have been dining in and ordering from this restaurant since summer 2016 and loved the food. However we had an awful experience today. It makes me wonder if there is new management because EVERYTHING about the experience took a total 180. First we order the Crispy Spicy that was supposed to be 5 drumsticks. They came out cold around the bones. They did bring us new wings and took the charge off the bill. Next we ordered mango chicken, which used to be breaded and fried and seasoned and had cooked mangoes in it. Now the chicken is flavorless with raw mangoes added at the end.
