Update this :Noticed this last time here so try it The pepperoni pretzel. Pretty good flavor, could use more pepperoni though. Early in the morning. No line to speak of and pretzel was freshly baked it seemed. Pretty good, though maybe a bit too greasy for my personal tastes. The staff, however, seemed to barely speak English and were difficult to communicate with, resulting in the next customer having to wait while my husband tried to get the drink he wanted. Would have had Auntie Anne’s today, but then I remembered getting into a verbal altercation with an employee a few years back for not leaving a tip. Same thing I’ve thought of the many dozens of other times I would have eaten at this chain. Haven’t eaten at any since then. Shame too, as they do have good pretzels, but I’m not paying your employees wages to hand me a pretzel. Hopefully this ridiculous tipping culture will stop someday...
