Big G's Chicken Shack — Restaurant in Philadelphia

They need to change the name to Big D’s for DISTASTEFUL/DISAPPOINTMENT, my family and I just ordered via Ubereats FOR THE FIRST TIME and we were not pleased. Idk where to be begin, well when our delivery arrived we only received half we ordered a total of 4 platters only had 2 on hand. The driver didn’t make sure he had all the platters. He told us that he didn’t have it and then we called the restaurant and they said he had it. So we asked what was going to be done about our food and they said they would make our missing orders(they did) but we had to go pick it up. What if we didn’t have a car. We get to the restaurant and instead of the employee admitting that they just forgot to give it to the driver they continued to act like they didn’t know where the disconnect happened. She said this is not the first time this has happened. Thanks for telling me because we will NEVER be eating there again.The food was horrible, they’re very overpriced especially for the petty serving they give you. The fries were cold and greasy soggy, crab cakes didn’t taste fresh too much salt and were very small the picture on Uber eats app the cakes were bigger. I ordered roughly a month ago thru Uber as I normally would 2x’s month for my family. Last order for some reason was epic fail. I immediately telephoned & spoked with manager about my concerns with taste and presentation of our food. Manager apologized and stated he would replace my order that day or later date (opted later date). Month later I decided to re-try with hope manager would remember call. When I spoke to manager he automatically remember his promise, no hesitation filled my order. This time food was presented neatly with fair portion plus taste good. BBQ chicken was well-done as request, macaroni cheese, collard was good. Let’s talk about crab cakes delicious (real crabmeat). I just ordered from Uber eats and the food was so good. EVERYTHING WAS MOUTH WATERING!! The greens were good. The Mac and cheese could have been better but it had flavor. The fried chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The crab cakes were so good with what taste like homemade sauce. And the seafood salad makes up for whatever flaws the Mac and cheese lacked because it literally just melts in your mouth. Oh my goodness it was so good, I had to write this review.
