Bomb burgers — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This place is named very well because that burger was the bomb. Hands down the best burger I think I've ever had the pleasure of eating. But I'll get to the food, first the customer service is amazing. I called in an order and this super sweet lady answered the phone super nicely. Then even got me excited for the food in the way she described it all. Derek, the owner, is an amazing guy and super friendly. I felt like family the whole time. I got my food and race home with excitement, and boy did it not disappoint. The burger was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and both the BB and the m80 sauce were delicious. Don't let the looks fool you, i had to drive it home. My onion rings were perfectly fried and super crunchy, with their signature BB salt, just amazing. I chase good burgers, especially those that I can eat in my car peacefully while watching the traffic go by. In the East Coast I have found plenty of burgers that are either pre-frozen or flat, dry patties of overcooked meat aka smash burgers. Chef D stands out for creating a well-constructed burger that allows his house made bomb sauce to marry beautifully with a nice size well seasoned hamburger patty. My burger was juicy without being obnoxiously moist. The lettuce was crisp, the tomato thinly sliced as were the raw onions I wanted. This burger had no ketchup, mustard, or mayo and none was needed, in my humble opinion. I stopped past here today for a cheesesteak platter because I had a deep craving for a cheesesteak. Nevertheless, I stopped here because it was also on my to do list. But today was a perfect day to do so. I met the owner, Mr. Derek and had a great conversation with him. When I got home, I had torn into my food and it was just the thing I needed.
