Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Horrible. I ordered online and paid online. I got to the store, there were 2 women in the back, that's all I could see anyway. There was a man waiting in the lobby. The one woman saw me multiple times as she went back and forth in the working area. After 7 minutes, she said I'll be right with you. Then checked on something in the fryer that was done so she took that to a table along with a pizza for the man waiting. Unfortunately that is when I saw the monitor with customer names and status of order. Mine said ready. It was in the warmer, all the time. Another minute or two later, she brought out his order and he left. Then asked me, and took my pizza out of the warmer. There is no reason I needed to wait when my order was ready all a long. They either need instructions on multi-tasking or have someone available to come to the front when...

Tavern style = Hot Garbage This is the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten, even worse than Ellio’s Pizza 🍕 !! tavern style pizza is supposed to be thin and soft with a good helping of different toppings Pizza Hut version Paper thin crust as hard as a hockey puck and next to impossible to eat, it’s like taking a piece of corrugated cardboard and throwing toppings on it and then eating it.

Completely bland not an ounce of seasoning If you like cold hard, bland, tasteless pizza then this the place is for you. But for the rest of us that have taste buds just skip this place and go find somewhere else because the only thing you’re gonna get here is trash pizza,

On top of all this this stores phone don't work so good luck reaching them to complain about there...

finished a 12 hour shift and placed a mobile order at 615pm. Phone alert said food is ready but I did not get my food until 735pm. Standing there being ignored. My food was cold and I had to put everything in the oven at home. They were a complete mess. Didn’t even have gloves on while prepping food I was there watching the whole thing. Standing for more than an hour. They were worried about all DoorDash customers rather than anything else. 50 dollar order… this is supposed to be my neighborhood hut, I’d rather drive to north Philly and take my chances there. This place sucks. Wouldn’t even give an extra sauce for inconvenience… Nothing! If possible, avoid...
