Worst service I have received ever. We ordered 2 cappuccinos prior to putting in food order. Waitress came over 20 minutes later to take our food order. We asked about our drinks and she said iced teas, right? So about 10 minutes later we finally got our cappuccinos. One was not hot and the mug was only half full, the other half was foam. The other one was like drinking hot milk. The waitress never asked us if we wanted water to drink when she brought the food. We asked for regular coffee at that time. I thought she would just go then and grab the coffee pot and fill up our mugs. But I watched her go and start cleaning tables. I asked her again for coffee and she then went and had to make some. While she was up there making I went up and asked her for some water as well. She finally brought the coffee but no water. Had to ask another time for water. Ordered Chicken and waffles, it comes with a sunny side up egg, but I asked for scrambled, and a side of avocado. It came with sunny side up egg and a not very good processed guacamole. I would try somewhere else, I wish we would have! Very bad service here, and she really...

I waited 2 years to come here since it closed just as soon as it opened because of COVID. My husband and I had gone to Bud & Marilyn’s in downtown Philly a few years ago and that was the best brunch experience I ever had, so my expectations were very high. Although my coffee and food were good (I got the breakfast sandwich), my husband’s sausage was cold and he didn’t like the toast (he got the Trucker’s Breakfast). There seemed to be only one waitress for the entire place, which would explain why it took awhile to get service and she was very, very short with us when she was able to come by. She was pleasant enough, though, for how busy she was running around to all the tables. And the lady who sat us down when we first got there seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and opted to leave sooner and go to the American Club for more coffee and beverages rather than stay and enjoy...

Never had a chance to order anything. Came in at 4:00pm on 9/18. Not very busy at all, half the tables open. I was sat by one of the two hostesses at a small 2 person table. I waited for over 8 minutes while 3 wait staff and the manager were all talking and laughing at the wait station. No one was even looking up to see if someone might need help. One waitperson, dark haired girl, walked by and ignored me, as I must not have been in her section, but she saw me sitting for some time. The manager was a blonde woman with a key card hanging from her pocket. After 8 minutes of being ignored, I got up and handed my menu back to the hostess and said that the wait staff and manager were too busy on their phones and chatting to help me, so I will grab something elsewhere. Too bad. I have walked by this place several times over the years, it looked fun, and I was excited to try it, but...

Visited this place twice with my wife during the same trip/journey. Both times everything was amazing! The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the place excellent. I highly recommend it. The first time we sat at the bar. There was a young lady that took care of us for hours (long layovers each way). I of course reciprocated with a generous tip. The experience and food were excellent. We ordered: "Beyond burger" and "Marilyn's wedge salad" (actually both visits we ordered the same with beer). All delicious (see photos). The second time our host was Tiffany. She has such a great friendly energy and attitude. Made our second visit very pleasant. I'm sad this airport is rarely in our way. If we ever end up here we'll be back to this restaurant without a doubt.

I was looking for a table service restaurant in the Philadelphia Airport for lunch and I found Bud & Marilyn's in the C concourse near the Marketplace. The hostess greeted me and was seated immediately. The server took my drink and food order promptly. I got the Old School Burger with French Fries and an Iced Tea. The food and service was very good. Unfortunately, on the other side of the wall divider next to the bar there was a large table of airport employees which were loud, using foul language and various people came and went from the restaurant to that table. One employee was from the restaurant as he went behind the bar. The other tables around me were appalled as a verbal fight broke out.
