There were approx 9-10 cars going through the drive through. I decided to go inside to order, thought it would be faster. I enter this Burger King at 1:22p per my receipt. I exited 2:00 per the refund receipt which I could not get a copy of. And had to take a picture of because the manager stated that she had to turn both copies in. My food was bagged up as I was speaking to customer service which was also while my refund was taking place. It was no organization in this place, there were 5 to 6 young ladies including the manager in the front and two gentleman in the back making the food. Everyone was all over the place. Including the manager. There was a guy in front of me picking up an order that the manager told to calm down because he was wondering what was taking so long. A police officer was behind me with a special order and his order can up before mine. I ordered a whopper meal and he ordered a whopper with nothing on it and fries. This restaurant had enough people in the front to have a person on the door dash orders, one for the walk ons, one assisting the drive through person that was taking the orders, a cashier, and someone on fries. I was confronted aggressively by the manger who assumed I was coming at one of the employees for for messing up my order but I still remain professional and tried to resolve the issue once I resolved the issue which was that 2 coupons cannot be placed on a order I tried to explain to her the system room my loyalty points in the process of trying to figure out the coupons situation. After this she made me feel complete dumb by saying “ I can’t wait til they end this loyalty thing” which was an insult because we get loyalty point for being loyal to Burger King the manger name is devlyn and she was very unprofessional to be a manger when I asked for the owner number because I didn’t wanna argue or start a scene she basically laughed in my face like nothing was going to happen and there are no consequences it’s sad becaue these are the people that we trust with our food and they are becoming more and more unprofessional because they can’t leave there home attitude at home and have a positive work attitude because I never wanted any trouble I didn’t received my point I just left with my...

We called ahead to confirm if they were open, and we were told they are open 24 hours. It was only 10 PM when we arrived. The main door was closed, and an employee told us to go around to the drive-thru side to place our order.
We waited in line for about 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window, the employee refused to take our order because we were not in a car. I explained that their staff told us to go to the drive-thru, and now they were refusing to serve us. He didn’t care, said he wouldn’t take our order, and asked us to leave.
I asked why they misled us and why we had to wait 20 minutes just to be turned away. He responded rudely and refused to help. When I told him that their staff gives wrong information to customers, he started talking very disrespectfully.
I left feeling extremely frustrated and angry. This is completely unacceptable customer service.
