Villagio Pizza Restaurant – The $1 Slice Hero of Cottman Ave! 1817 Cottman Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111
Villagio Pizza has seriously become a neighborhood gem—especially for parents and students. Offering $1 slices right as kids are getting out of school? That’s not just smart, that’s community love.
The pizza is delicious—crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and the cheese is always fresh and melty. For just a dollar a slice, you’d expect something average, but Villagio goes above and beyond. It’s fast, tasty, and always hits the spot.
It’s clear they care about the people around them, making sure everyone—especially kids—can grab something warm and filling without emptying their pockets. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the vibe is always welcoming.
Whether you’re a parent on the go, a student looking for a quick bite, or just someone who appreciates great pizza at a great price—Villagio Pizza is the...
Read moreThis used to be one of our favorite places to eat, not anymore. No place should be so busy where they cannot correctly take an order. What we got and what we asked for were 2 different things. We are allergic to onions so we asked for NO onions, there were onions all over the pizza in with the pizza sauce, we asked for extra cheese, there was NO extra cheese, we didn’t ask for thin crust, but that’s what we got. We complained and because we partially ate one slice (that’s when we tasted the onions) they only offered us $2.00 off our next order. And we ordered from them alot. We threw the rest of the pizza out since we couldn’t eat it. They used to make really great pizza!! Not anymore. The last few times the food wasn’t right, but we didn’t complain, at least there were no onions on the other food we ordered. We won’t be ordering from this...

Note that he did not introduce himself. I only knew it was the Pizzeria because I recognized the phone number. Well, the tone of his voice was somewhat condescending. I felt like I was being accused of scamming them, which I did not appreciate. I told him twice that I'm not one to scam. I understand mistakes happen but bottom line is I will NOT be ordering from here anymore. It really is a shame because their food is good but I do not support bad customer service or...
