Take your hard earned money somewhere actually worthwhile. I visited this location this very weekend and the food was completely disappointing. First let me start by saying I went through the drive-thru on a Friday night around 10pm. I made two orders, a double Whopper with cheese meal and the Baconator meal. Firstly, the Whopper sandwich looked like it had been carelessly thrown into its wrapper. My burger patties were dry and hard all around the edges. It tasted like the meat had been sitting for a while, not fresh at all. The sandwich had little to none mayonnaise, onions, or lettuce and just one tomato. To top it off, it was cold. Mind you their meals are not cheap. Both meals and two $1 order of nuggets were over $20. Now in charging these prices you would think you are at least getting what you paid for....NOT. The french fries were ok. No salt or taste...but at least they were "warm." The chicken nuggets were a disaster--cold, hard, and looked like they had freezer burn before cooked. We ended up throwing those in the trash. The Baconator sandwich was sloppy and cold as well. The cheese was laid unevenly and the patties were also dry and hard around the edges. Overall I would give this experience a rating of big fat zero. I would have driven back to return the food and get my money back but my boyfriend was too tired to drive back to the restaraunt. And before I forget the drive-thru employee was not friendly at all. She literally handed me a bag and immediately closed her window before I could even get out my "thank you." Looking back I don't know what I was thanking her for...this place was a bad waste...
Read moreDespite the recent renovations to the facade and interior, visiting this location is a consistent dissapointment. The exhaust system is inadequate which results in guests being assaulted by a plume of smoke and the lingering scent of rancid frying oil as they wait for their already delayed food order. We placed our orders (online #989, 991) yesterday @ 1:21pm. We arrived at the store 10 mins later only to see that 10 other guests were waiting for their delayed orders as well. Pickup was chaotic at best because food was being handed to guest without receipts so that their was no way to confirm if guests were being handed the correct orders. When I finally received my order, the girl who handed me my food didn't remember what she gave me (because my order wasn't accompanied with a receipt, and then continues to ask me what I ordered repeatedly) Isn't the point of online ordering instituted to eliminate the confusion that causes these exact frustrations? So after needlessly having to repeat my order 3 more times, she finally located my second order. Seriously, the staff needs to do a better job managing order flow. The store wasn't that busy and the dissapointment when guests finally receive their orders is apparently visible (even behind masked faces). Let's get it together. I'll be telling others to find their food elsewhere until these issues are resolved. When I finally received my order it was 1:41pm...for 2 Whoopers....20 mins for 2 sandwiches?...
Read moreIts a Philadelphia Fast Food Resturaunt, when ever entering any of those kinds of establishments around here you automatically assume your orders going to get messed up in more ways then one. With that being said however, when going to this particular BK we initially figured we would go in and eat... bad decision! We entered to an endless line of people, every seat to eat at had food, tissues, ketchup packets. Etc. all over them.. literally not one table had been cleaned in what looked like a couple hours. We figured since the kids wanted to do the play area it would be worth the wait, so we went back to check it out and OMG the play area wreaked a horrid smell, and was FILTHY! Needless to say we went and did the druve-thru instead. The line for that had about 11 cars in front of us and when we got to the window to get our food they asked us to pull around. Usually im ok with that because, hey, places get backed up, it happens. Except they had like 6 other cars waiting outfront for their orders as well. I finally get my food and it was exceptionally correct, thank you for that... however, my fries had like 4 french fries in one and they weren't at the bottom of the bag like they usually are, the lady they had running the food out to everyone did rectify it with a free large fry. Thanks for that too. I think this location is due for a corporate inspection, if they do those kind of things... if not maybe a management...
