I’ve eaten here a bunch over the years. It’s pretty standard for a Burger King. That’s why I give it 4 stars, and that’s why I don’t give it 5. The cashiers are usually friendly, maybe once or twice someone rather standoffish has taken my order. To be honest, it’s Burger King, I’m not expecting 5 star service, so I’ve never really been disappointed.
The food is hit or miss depending on what time you go. Slow hours it seems the food is not so fresh, as in the burgers and fries were probably sitting around a while before being served to me. When they’re busy, the food is always piping hot and as fresh as it gets in a fast food spot. Again, it’s Burger King, it’s not like I’m paying for gourmet food here.
The dining room itself is pretty mediocre. The tables don’t appear to be cleaned very often, but when I’ve eaten in, I definitely have witnessed workers giving quick wipe downs, so it could absolutely be worse. It’s usually empty, so you shouldn’t have a problem finding a clean enough table. There’s some TVs in the corners, so that’s something to do while you eat.
It seems pretty kid friendly, they always have a ton of birthday crowns lined up, ready for any kid who wants one for whatever reason. That’s nice, I think. When I was a kid, I always loved those crowns and they’d only give them out to kids on their birthdays.
Other than that, the place is on Delaware avenue so it should come as no surprise if you see a roach or mouse scurrying around. I certainly wasn’t surprised when I saw a mouse (only one time, as they were closing down for the night). All in all though, I must say it doesn’t feel scuzzy or overly unclean and I have always been able to sit and enjoy my meal without being grossed out.
If you have a hankering for some Burger King, you could definitely do worse than this place. I think you should be satisfied so long as they don’t mess your order up. That has happened to me once, but again, it’s BK, staffed by random people, not professionals. I can abide if a mistake is made once in a while. For me, it was only once out of many times eating there. And the truth is, I ate it anyway and it was fine, so who cares?
A lot of reviews take issue with employee rudeness and the overall quality of the Burger King experience. To these people, I can only say, “what the hell do you expect? It’s freaking Burger King.”
You pretty much should already know what you’re gonna get without reading a review of the joint.
I actually have found the service staff to be quite friendly and accommodating to me, but then again, I’m a pretty handsome fella...
If you do go, rest assured that if you’re not satisfied with the service, or the meal, or the bathroom (I’ve never used it but many reviews mention it being pretty janky), or the experience in general, all you have to do is cancel your order and walk half a block to Wawa....

Plus the fact management doesn't give a shit they justs walk around doing nothing just talking on there phones. It started I walk in and there was a line of three people so I waited, well what a Mistake. It took over a halfhour Seriously.... Manager standing around. In the eating area doing nothing and howler's over to a guy to wipe down the tables. The guy said in a nice Respectful manner can someone else take care of it I got my hands full, you got two people just standing around doing nothing. The manager had An real attitude with the employee and it's a shame he was right. There where 2 employees just leaning texting on their phones. I guess I'm old school. Phone should not be used at work. You're getting paid to work, not to be on your PHONE....(this means MANAGEMENT too!)... Then the order, I should of realize and walked out then. I had to repeat myself 3 times because the person taking my order was too busy. talking to another employee. Now the waiting process. I get my food I head to my car and of course my order is wrong. How do you get a simple order of Original chicken Sandwich. And fries. 🤦🤦WRONG, Seriously.... THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING WITH THIS PLACE. I know it's a fastfood place, but you have a job do it right if not walk and have someone do it that NEEDS a job. Hope this reaches HR, something needs to be done, if not this place won't last. STOP hiring lazy people including managers. PLUS to All the managers maybe you should STOP Delegating and get your own hands dirty. LEAD BY EXAMPLE.. NEVER AGAIN, WILL I EVER EAT AT THIS BK... Read moreIf i can give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a bacon king, had an offer for a free whopper and the triple bundle and they missed the 3 fries and nuggets. I called them and initially the guy said i could pick it up. I said reason for ordering a delivery is because i need it delivered. He then asked me to call doordash. I called doordash and they sent another dasher to pick up the missing items. Dasher arrived in burger king and the manager talked to me and said its beyond their control because the order is not there anymore. He even implied im lying about receiving those items that are missing and said that's not what he is implying. Who has the time of their day to call them and doordash a couple of times if i was just lying? Wouldn't it be embarrassing to post online a negative review just because "im lying" about my missing items in my order? People from this burger king location, you can be better human than this. If you dont like your jobs, please just dont do it just so you can ruin someone's day by refusing to redeliver what they paid for! By the way, i did contact the burger king app, they wanted to compensate me max $15 worth of coupons. If i reorder those missing items, its going to cost me at least $30 with the extra fees and tip. Doordash refunded you the whole amount as per talking to them before posting this. And you want to refund me in coupons 1/3 of whats refunded to you?...
