I don't complain about any customer service ever. I'm trying to warn you DO NOT ORDER A PACKAGE FOR PICKUP HERE. TLDR; the employees stole my package and are lying about it.
I ordered a $600 laptop on Friday 6/13 and ordered it for pickup so that it would not be stolen if I shipped it to my home. I was not planning on taking the 1 hour hike on Septa all the way down there in South Philly to pick it up until the following Monday. But on that same Friday 6/13 I get an email at 11:26 saying it's ready for pickup. Okay no problem. 9 minutes later at 11:35 I get an email saying the order has been picked up. HUH??
So I call them later that day, expecting that somebody double scanned it, or maybe they moved the package somewhere and it would be there and I could just come get it. Nope. They're saying that they checked IDs and somebody with my name came and picked up the package. HUH? Meanwhile I'm sitting in my house on the phone with them butt ass naked, never having left the house all day. I've never met a single soul with my first name. I never meet anybody with my last that doesn't have my DNA. If this person existed how would they even know this package existed or that it was ready? Regardless of how you flip it-- either there is a really talented hacker out there who can print IDs within 9 minutes, OR the employee did not check the ID properly OR the employee was the person who stole my package. The first case is impossible, in either latter two case Staples is liable for the package. I spoke to a female employee the day it happened and she said she did see the package but she didn't know what happened the day of. Amir was the manager on shift during. I want to know what happened to my laptop.
I've been calling this store to get this issue resolved for 8 days straight and everytime they dodge me saying they're gonan call me back. I don't have $600 to pay to Staples. I can't be giving away free laptops! I'm ready for legal action...
Read moreThis Staples location should be recognized for its exceptional dedication to customer service. This is true for both the store as a whole, and for the print and marketing department. I've used many print companies across the country (including different staples and others, small and large, local and online), and have never experienced the warm and personable reception, and level of professionalism, that I do here. Their friendliness is A+, responsiveness is A+, general professionalism is A+, attention to detail and quality assurance is A+ . If there ever is an issue they are extremely reasonable and act quickly to course correct. I could list the staff by name and give kudos to each one, but I won't, only for the sake of privacy. The management and personnel of this store are obviously doing something right. There is much that other retail stores could learn from them. If you are looking for a place for supplies or printing, whether that be one-time or on-going, contact this store to see how...
Read moreThis review is for the lady in the printing department. Didn't get her name but she should be running that entire place if she isn't already. I was in the Thursday 9/29 in the afternoon to have some copies of flyers made for an event I'm doing. My image wasn't the right size and took multiple passes of trial and error to print correctly. She was extremely patient despite my cluelessness and eventually we found the exact version and size that I needed, not to mention I had 4 different files we were juggling that were all very similar. Meanwhile, she dealt seamlessly with multiple other customers, including one who was quite rude. All this with complete calm and efficiency. If everyone had her attitude and work ethic our world would be a much better place. My hat goes off to her and I couldn't have gotten my flyers right without her help. Not often you see this type of service in a corporate store. If the manager or boss in this place can see this, give this lady a raise! She...
