Let’s start with the Banh Beo Chen! It’s a small-steamed rice cake topped with mushroom/grounded pork sauce. It came steaming hot and super delicious! Add a bit of fish sauce and hot chili and it will be the best thing you ever try!

The Mi Quang was also full of flavor. It’ll the mid-Viet style that is being transpire into their recipe. It reminds me of the true Miền Trung style food that you get from home.
