This might actually be the worst venue I've ever been to. My friend and I attended a show here and it was just utter chaos. We tried finding our seat but everything was marked incorrectly. There was maybe 3 people helping people find their seats, including one security guard who just kept telling people "I think your seat is somewhere over there." Once we finally got the attention of one of the insanely rude staff members she showed us to our seat only for us to be told it was the wrong seat about 5 minutes later. When we finally found a different staff member she discovered the entire row had been seated incorrectly. The people who were seating in the middle, when they should have been on the side, refused to move and the show was about to start, so we just sat down in random seats in our row so we didn't miss anything. Then, throughout the entire show, the staff tried to correct their seating mistakes getting people to move and arguing with people bc the floor had been incorrectly marked. It was insanely distracting and ruined the performance at certain times. I recommend you never attend an event here, it's way too chaotic and disorganized and it makes for a very stressful event experience. I know that I will make sure to never come back to this...
Read moreBE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN YOU BUY FRONT ROW ITS NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED. I bought two front row tickets in the middle of the row for tonight’s TNA show just to see the Motor City Machine Guns wrestle. However the venue had other plans. Our actual seats were being used for a gimmick and we couldn’t sit in them so we had to move down two seats which wasn’t a problem. About halfway through the taping during the monster ball match the people who had the seats we were in showed up and we had to move. We brought it up to the front office and the lady who was awesome tried her best to figure out the problem! They offered us t shirts and new seats. The tshirts were bad and the new seats were behind a pole. We went from our seats being taken to just flat out leaving because it doesn’t make sense as to why someone wouldn't be able to sit in the seats they bought or as to why I would trade seats in the middle for seats behind a pole. I got a full refund which I’m thankful for but it sucks having to leave the show partially through because the seats you bought were taken and the new seats they wanted to give you were blocked by a pole. Couldn’t even see the monster ball match either or see the motor city...
