Cafe Light — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Was searching for some late morning coffee in the northeast and came across this place. Stopped in and was not disappointed. Both the food and the service were excellent. The pastries were rich, flavorful, and fresh. The meringue roll was light, airy, and creamy, the tart was buttery yet crisp, with a rich chocolate, and a flavorful meringue topping, the meringue taco was crisp and flaky, and the Armenian Kata was lightly sweet and flaky with a delicious crumbly filling. The latte was bold, rich, and fresh. I definitely plan on going back and trying some of their lunch and dinner options. The staff were engaging, welcoming, and friendly. We walked into this place early afternoon and saw maybe a hundred bags of food sitting around. The place is super small unlike in the photos, or maybe they have another room hidden. Was told we were not able to dine in because of covid-19. No advance warning on their website or at the door. We asked if we could ordered to go but was told they were not sure if they had food left. I had the privilege of enjoying a catered lunch from Cafe Light. The food was flavorful and fresh, and I really can’t say enough good things about it.
