Mega Quality Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Food is good however had a problem with my order and when I called to report the problem to the manager/ owner for some reason he feels the need to talk loud like I'm across the street. I Order myself a mega steak sandwich and my wife wanted a plain steak with nothing on it just steak and the roll. Came home and we started to unwrap our sandwiches and my wife said she saw small piece of onions in her sandwich. I called and spoke to the manager and told him and he was saying he made the sandwich himself an there are no onions. The guy was talking so loud my wife took the phone out of my hands and told him the way he sounded like he was screaming and his behavior was highly inappropriate and my wife just wanted another sandwich made. He said he would make another sandwich so I go back with the one he made and showed him. He open the sandwich up and granted it was hard to see but he didn't look close enough to see them, just glance at it and assume they weren't there. All i got from him over just making another sandwich was an attitude saying to me this was waste of his time and being loud. I would advise anyone who orders from here and encounters a problem and has to deal with this loud mouth manager/ owner dont take his crap and stand...

I used to always order a fried chicken breast hoagie from here because I liked all the onions on it. But for the last year plus EVERY time I order it they forget the onions even though it says it comes with lettuce, tomato, and onions and they even verify it on the phone. Here's an update 3 years later. I decided to come here one more time and order that hoagie. I said with lettuce, tomato, and raw onions. Then the girl asked me what I would like on it. Again I said lettuce, tomato, and raw onions. The menu even states that all hoagies come with lettuce, tomato, and onions. So I got the hoagie and opened it up and guess what was missing AGAIN... the onions. I don't know what causes this place to almost intentionally leave off the onions every time,...

I’m not sure how I haven’t reviewed this place, I’ve been coming here since 2002 and getting a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, and I can say without a doubt it’s the best in the city. I also enjoyed the mega fries, I can’t remember the first time I had them but I make sure to buy them for myself and people who have not had them before because I feel like I need to share this with other people.
