Worst experience at the Chik- fil-A in the Philadelphia airport today. I love Chick-fil-A’s food and their employees are all usually very nice and pleasant, a nice touch compared to a lot of other fast food chains. But unfortunately not today. I get in line and I’m watching the employees and they all look like they hate their lives, no one has a smile on their face, and no one is making eye contact with any of the customers and they all have the worst tones in their voice, like we are inconveniencing them by coming to their business. I get up to the counter and one of the managers takes my order. I order the 8 count nuggets and medium fry. She’s multi-tasking, again not even looking at me and she says something to me. I said excuse me, since I didn’t understand what she said, and she repeated herself, “do you want the meal?” And I say no drink, just the nuggets and the fries, like I ordered the first time. I then pay and I move to the side to wait for my order. It’s pretty busy as it’s lunch time so there is a quiet a few people waiting for their food. I wait a few minutes and then move myself closer to the counter where they are handing out the orders at I knew my order must me coming up soon. I wait, but my name is not called. I then start seeing people that were behind me in line start receiving their food. I notice them calling out a lot of sandwiches so I think to myself they must be making more nuggets, so I keep waiting. Still my name is not called. And as I’m waiting this entire time I’ve been right next to the counter so I’m clearly visible to the employees that I’m waiting AND the manager that took my order is now handing out the food, and this whole time she doesn’t even glance my way or notice I’ve been standing there for probably 10 minutes now. I finally realized they clearly skipped my order so I say something to the manager next time she comes to the counter “Excuse me, do you know if my order is coming for Amanda, an 8 count nugget and medium fry?” Again she seems too preoccupied to pay attention and she says “uhhh one sec.” I then see her go over to the monitor with the orders on it and flipping through it trying to find my order. Then she tells another employee to ask me what my order is again, and I repeat again “8 count nugget and medium fry for Amanda”. The manager finally gets my food together and hands it to the other employee to give to me. The employee says “sorry bout that, we gave you a 12 count nugget instead. Any sauce?” I said no and walked away with my food. Very disappointing service from Chik-fil-a today. And even more disappointing that the manager that took my order and then messed it up didn’t even apologize. Read moreThis review is not to get anyone fired but corrected. I was yelled at for no reason when i walked up to order food. It went something like WHAT ARE YOU GETTING? DID YOU SAY 8 OR 12 NUGGETS? WHAT SAUCE DID YOU SAY YOU WANT? WHAT DRINK DO YOU WANT? Add a nasty attitude to the yelling. I had already mentioned everything before she asked what i wanted, yet she kept yelling at me as if we had fought before or even met before.At first i thought i was being pranked but either she had an argument at the back before coming to the cashier or she didnt want to work their anymore and that was her way of saying goodbye to the establishment and its customers. I answered her calmly because i remember my pastor onc3 said, your only enemy is satan and not your fellow human beings. When one starts yelling , i already know you are not under the influence of the Holy Spirit so my response is silence or satan will trap me with bitterness, retaliation, anger and unforgiveness. I walked away as she yelled NEXT to the next person. I was hungry but the nuggets felt "cursed" like served with bad energy. I threw the food away and would rather starve than stop by Chik Fil A at this airport if i ever travel through it again. 🙂

Menu clearly states "substitute gluten free bun" under the grilled chicken sandwich so being gluten free I ordered that. When I received my food it was on a normal bun but when brought back up and nicely said my sandwich is wrong its supposed to have a gluten free bun they looked very confused and said we don't have gluten free buns. I pointed to the menu and 3 other employees acted like I was crazy and said they've never had gluten free buns. I even explained all chick fil a's say it and have it and it comes separately in a sealed bag. The employee who took my order lied and acted like I never asked for it and if I did she would have said we don't have it. Everyone had a horrible attitude and noone apologized. She asked me twice if I wanted a refund and I said can I just get grilled nuggets. She shouted back for them and another employee asked what an order for nuggets was for without a ticket and she said she was confused do I want the sandwich or the nuggets one or the other because she's not...
